I had a deep drain grease clog I couldn't clear myself, so I did some research and chose Mr. Rooter. They sent a technician, Kelvin, who successfully cleared the clog. I made the right choice; it was totally worth the cost! Thanks again Kelvin!! (If you see this)

The scheduler called me when the technician was on his way, as promised. Braden took the time to address the real problem and left our outdoor drain in much better shape than before. He could have just done a quick fix but he took his time and did the job right. He was professional and informative, and was honest about costs for additional work that might be needed in the future. The cost for this service was exactly as promised in the estimate. I'm sorry other reviewers had a bad experience with this company - ours was good and we'd use this company again.

They work off their own schedule, not yours. Made an appointment a week ago and they changed the time the day of the appointment. That is not how you run a business.

After getting the run around from a few other companies for a few days I tried Circle-E, who I had never heard of before. They were very responsive, followed up with me on what day and time they could come to my house which was actually very fast (about 24 hours later). They asked if I had an emergency, I did not and said they can have me as a regular appointment.

They called when they were on the way and showed up exactly when they said they would. They did the repair and install I needed, and gave me some advice on other things. No trying to oversell anything at all like many companies do, just giving me little tips on things which was great. I see that Circle-E provides a variety of services besides the one I needed. They do A/C, Furnace, Plumbing, Electric, Drywall, Painting, and much more. I will be using Circle-E for any of these services that I need in the future.

What luck? LOL! My hot water heater bit the dust on Christmas Day. Not many people are working during the holidays and if they are they charge emergency fees to come out. Someone up above was watching out for me. I first googled for plumbers on Sunday afternoon and I found a company called All Valley Plumbing and Rooter. The person who answered my call is named Jonathan Hernandez and he told me he could be out on early morning on Monday and he would have my hot water either repaired or replaced by the end of the of the day. Well, he lived up to his word...I have a new hot water heater and the water is already beginning to get hot. Jonathan owns this company and he is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend ALL VALLEY PLUMBING AND ROOTER.

Had a hot water heater valve go out on me. A replacement part had to be ordered and came in the afternoon. The guys came after hours to ensure I had hot water that evening, despite their truck breaking down that day. Really appreciated the professionalism and customer service. Oct 2021 I called on ABC Plumbing again and received the excellent service I have come to expect. Amanda in the office was very nice in answering my questions and providing useful information, as well as scheduling service. This morning Skyler and Hunter came by to install a new toilet. It looks great, everything was clean, and they were very courteous. They were also here to replace a quarter turn valve for my dishwasher supply, but determined it was unnecessary, just did a quick fix and didn't even charge me for it! Skyler also pointed out an issue with the supply line, explained his concern, but didn't pressure me to fix. I ended up having him replace the line anyway, so as to prevent potential water damage down the line. The best thing about ABC Plumbing is that I have confidence they know what they are doing, and they are being honest with me on what is needed, or not needed. Thanks you again ABC Plumbing!

2020 ABC Plumbing did a great job for my office. I called and they were able to send someone out rather quickly to assess the situation, gave us a quote and scheduled a time to repair the leak. Scott arrived on time and he did a thorough job and it was determined that the leak was indeed on our side. Tammy in the office was quick to answer all questions as well. A little more work was involved than expected and they did a wonderful job with the repair. Hats off to Scott as he was a true professional from start to finish!

I have a unique home, half under ground, half a second floor, I could not find the source of my issue, water and odor. Two other plumbers declined the job due to the house.
