Alek was the plumber that arrived and was very professional and very thorough in explaining the issues. He gave options of how to fix the issues without being too pushy and was prompt to be able to give quotes before doing the work. Definitely will use service plumbing company again and hope to have Alek next time!

My initial experience was ok, while they couldn't find the cleanouts at first, they found them after they had done their work. Lines in the house were backed up. Was billed $275 for less than 30 minutes of work, and now I've left a voicemail 4 days ago and not been called back, for the exact same issue a month later. Initially they were responsive, and my issue seemed to be resolved, but it clearly was not. I guess i'd be cautious on this one.

Drew came out today and gave me an estimate to replace our water heater. He was very nice and incredibly thorough in explaining how water heaters work and what needs to be done. Unfortunately, they don't offer financing, so we won't be able to use them. Otherwise I'd have given them five stars!

Truly positive experience. Set appointment quickly and arrived promptly. Accurately diagnosed the problem and repaired it in an hour and a half or less. Forrest was professional, personable, and informative. The price was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to call on them again

Blue diamond was professional and on time. They cleared my clogged drain under my dishwasher and helped it prevent a bigger mess by putting down towels and redirecting the standing water in the dishwasher. Clean, on time and friendly. Great service!

I have used Witt Plumbing for a very long time as they are one of the few companies who will work on mobile homes. I have never had a problem until today. I purchased a new dishwasher to replace the one I have had for seventeen years. My neighbor was going to install it but ran into a problem. As I purchased it from Lowes, I know they quoted me $125 to install it. I thought well let me call Witt to see just what they would charge me. I was told $300. I could not believe they would charge me that much to hook up two hoses and push the item into the space. I think that is outrageous! It is almost as much as the dishwasher cost me in the first place. Needless to say, I have made arrangements with Lowes to come out and install it.

Unresponsive. I had a sewage backup and when I called I was told it would take days to be able to send a technician out there. I highly recommend another plumbing company as this one isn't able to handle the demand.
