John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

After receiving a few no availability today from emergency plumbing repair business some even as long as Monday before repairs could be seen. I contacted this service and they were responsive and came the same day. Once they arrived, they began the assessment and provide my quote for the repair.
He was straightforward on the pricing and timeframe to complete. I will consider for future plumbing needs.

My Mom and I called HEB plumbing twice over the last week and they never showed up or called. Very poor customer service. They had the wrong number so they said the first time and the second time they had the wrong day for the second appointment. UNPROFESSIONAL. At this rate a lot of business will be lost due to poor customer service and the lack of professionalism.

They schedule service and don't show up. Then they say they will call you back and never call. I have no water and wasted my day trying to get service with this people. Do not use them for an emergency.

The third scheduling time was a charm & the tech was on time. The tech, Ruben, was great. He was professional, polite & cleaned up. He had the job done in 30 minutes from when he arrived. Adjusting the water temp in the shower now works the way it should.
