He is the best tech and plumber. His quality of work is excellent. I’m very impressed with his work quality and professionalism. Would recommend him and hire him for any future job.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I scheduled an appt. two days out. They called to double check availability & arrived on time.
The plumbers were very friendly, honest & straightforward.
I was provided a few options on how to best fix the leak.
I would highly recommend them.

In the course of a remodel our contractor brought in a value plumber. We ended up having to cut out walls behind two fixtures, one in a power bath and one in a bath. The value guy soldered lines to wrong connection lines, we couldn't get water out of any of the three shower options. NTC came in with two very polite, clean service guys. They were awesome. The powder room problem required changing out a valve behind a mirrored glass wall, everyones concern was the mirrored wall would be broken....etc. etc. NTC got the valve changed out, put on the new faucet without a single problem. They then repaired the upstairs bath shower issues, perfectly. They were extremely neat and clean. A bit pricy but everything works, worth the cost alone. We will defiantly have them back. Thank you, NTC!!!!

HEB Plumbing came in 1 hour to fix my stopped up sink. That's fast. They finished within 1 hour and the price was very reasonable. This is the second time I have used them. The first time was to fix a clogged drain in my washer dryer room. They came in from the drain outside and fixed it very quickly. I was pleased with their speedy clean work and the bill was surprisingly less than expected. This Company is owned by a sweet woman Kathlyn Smith whose family has worked for me for 30 years. The Smith family are great plumbers. TriCity Plumbing, owned by Ken and Debbie Smith remodeled my new bathroom last year. I will use only The Smith Family to do my repairs. Had work done a while back and had some shifting pipes. Called them back up and offered to fix the issue no problem and very timely. Jason was awesome and helpful. Very much appreciated their help.
