Nathan and Dylan were very professional and capable, even though I didn’t know anything about the houses plumbing they were able to figure it out quickly and preformed service with a smile.

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. We needed a washcloth removed from a toilet. It turned out to be only 6' down the drain, but the charge was $179. The plumber was only here for 15 minutes or less. The cost seems excessive. I called the day before and paid a $99. downpayment but the night-plumber said he could not get here until 2:00 A.M. so we decided not to use him. He was not the most cordial person, but he was likely overwhelmed with all the frozen pipes, and I'm sure our problem did not seem as urgent. The next day a plumber came and did a good job and was quick and courteous, but the price seemed out of range for such a small, quick job.

Chris and Edward came to our home today for a repair of a hot water leak. They quickly identified the source and gave us options regarding the repair. Their behavior was completely professional and friendly. The costs were carefully reviewed and explained, and they take credit cards for payment They will be our plumbers forever.
