This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

The scheduler called me when the technician was on his way, as promised. Braden took the time to address the real problem and left our outdoor drain in much better shape than before. He could have just done a quick fix but he took his time and did the job right. He was professional and informative, and was honest about costs for additional work that might be needed in the future. The cost for this service was exactly as promised in the estimate. I'm sorry other reviewers had a bad experience with this company - ours was good and we'd use this company again.

I can’t recommend Service Company Plumbing enough! We had them out this week as Part 2 of a major home repair, and they made the process a breeze from start to finish! Mike (the owner) was super helpful in explaining what repairs needed to be done, and his estimate of the cost was spot-on; Jonathan kept in communication with us and made sure we were being taken care of; and Elijah (who did the actual work) was awesome, worked quickly, efficiently, and kept us appraised of what he was doing the entire time. We had some roots in our main drain line that caused a back up into the house. Hawkeye helped locate the problem and replace the affected pipe. They are honest, fair and have excellent customer service!

I tried to get several quotes but nobody could get as low as them, and when i hired them...they sent them out fast and it was complete, foundation patched back up before i got home from work. My friend has a commercial friend plumber that told me to make sure they did certain things. They sent pics of their work, commercial plumber said it was correct, everything is working again....sooo happy with this company!! Thank you! May hire them for my add on ?

We were very happy with response time and service. They repaired our water heater instead of trying to sell us a new one. We've gotten several more years use out of it.
