This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

I spoke with Shelby regarding an appointment confusion with my warranty provider and she became very Belligerent. She also contacted my warranty company and lied telling them I needed sooner service. I confronted her and she told me she was doing me a favor. If Shelby is representation of this company, I don’t recommend this company!!

Our church had a major water line break and although we called other plumbers, only Circle-E responded quickly and discovered the issue. The city water line had broken and a city crew came out within 6 hours and repaired the break.

Jake from Circle-E arrived and within minutes had the valved turned off and provided all the information we needed. Sean also came by and verified what Jake had discovered. We are grateful for Jake and Sean and their concern and quick response to help us with this problem. Great job Jake and Sean!

Molberg Plumbing couldn't have been a more professional and qualified service for replacing my cast iron sewer pipes under my new home. We requested Molberg to do a plumbing inspection of the property after putting in an offer on the home, and they were on time, knowledgeable, and easy to understand when discussing the plumbing issues they found. After receiving an estimate and agreeing to the estimate for the sewer line replacement, they hired a hard working digging crew, then replaced more than 200 ft of sewer pipe. Then they contacted city inspectors for the permits for the renovation, as well as professional engineers for inspections, before signing off and allowing the dirt crews to come back and fill in the holes. The Molberg office staff were incredibly friendly, often calling 2-3 times a week to check on us and see if we had any questions. Can't recommend Jordan and his team enough.

I needed a fault diagnosis and estimate for a leaking toilet, so I called them. They evaluated the bathroom thoroughly and went above and beyond by inspecting all of the home's plumbing fittings and sharing their visual diagnosis with me. Mark was accommodating and promptly responded to my queries. He was also attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. I'll call them if I ever need a service like this again. I would strongly recommend their services to anyone and promote them to my friends and family.

My husband and I have used Lasiter Plumbing ever since we moved to Fort Worth in mid 2014. My husband is quite ill, and Gary (dispatcher at Lasiter) has gone out of his way to help us. He helped us determine what fixtures we needed in our bathroom, and they have helped immensely. Today we had Lasiter come (Miguel) and learned that we needed a new kitchen faucet. The installation would normally require another appointment. Because we are in the midst of complicated medical treatment with only 24-hour appointment notice from day to day, it's impossible for us to schedule anything else right now, so Gary moved heaven and earth to allow Miguel to come back the same day to install the faucet! What other company would do that? NONE!!! We have had Lasiter do at least five jobs for us already. Every single person they have sent has been wonderful. Miguel, today, was such a skilled gentleman. He did a perfect job and left the kitchen spotless. We thank Miguel, Gary, all the Lasiter workers we have had, and the Lasiter family for providing such marvelous, high-quality service.

Just an awesome trustworthy company that is privately owned. Like others have said, they are very professional and do a great job. This is the second time I've used them and I just get the sense that they're NOT trying to rip you off. For example, I had them come out for a toilet repair and they realized I had water damage. They could have fixed the toilet but said to get the floor replaced with tile first and to call them back when it was done. No charge and left. They could have made a temporary repair and waited until the same problem reoccurred later but just honest, which isn't something I can say about a lot of plumbers. Their prices are reasonable and I will be using them again for sure.

Jeremy was great. He was polite and courteous. He explained in detail and showed me why my air conditioner was not cooling. I haven’t had any problems with Airco. They have always been respectful and professional.
