Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

Chrispy and Desi (Desiree) arrived 3 days ahead of schedule to replace the burst pipes in my wall, which was a tremendous relief for me. They were efficient, knowledgeable, and the pipes were replaced the same day so I didn't have to stay in a hotel. I really appreciate the work that Tyler the service technician took care of to clear my drain pipes. We could not find the outside drain cleanout, which he found out later was buried underneath the AC unit before I bought the home. When Tyler arrived for the service call my toilet and bathtub were not draining. Tyler climbed up on top of the roof and ran the equipment through a pipe on my roof near my bathroom area. It did not take too long before everything started draining again. I felt Tyler was very honest, trust worthy and professional.

Jacob and Paul were absolutely phenomenal. They showed up as scheduled, were prompt and courtesy. I showed them the issue that I was having, and they went right to work. They were in and out within 30 - 45 mins. The issue was resolved and I am happy with the results. Highly recommend.

Byron Nelson. Owner came out the morning after I called. He replaced and installed 2 toilets in less than two hours. He removed the old toilets and all the packaging from the new toilets that I purchased. He was polite, thorough, efficient and I recommend him to everyone. I will certainly call him next time I need a plumber..
