Best Repair in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. After receiving an estimate to exchange my water heaters to tankless, I asked to begin the work. 5 weeks later and 4 broken promises of we'll be there they show up at my door with only a 15 minute noticed. 5 hours later the work is done and they charges is for 10 hours and 3600.00. That's a 56% mark up from the original estimate. There's so much more to this story, intercepting orders to my gas meter, trying to charge twice for the same work, etc. This was a nightmare that isn't over. I am still going to contest this charge, legally if I have to.

Tony and Kaleb replaced the gas pipes under our house. They were friendly, professional, and did great work. They arrived at the time they said and finished early, making sure to clean up on their way. They were also very patient with one of our cats that jumped into the crawl space under the house to give them a helping hand. Couldn't recommend them more!

Larry, Carissa and their team have done work for us in the past helping with a clogged clean out line and when our water heater went out yesterday they were my first call. They were here the next day to provide a quote and not only replaced our water heater the same day but even installed a water shutoff valve at our water softener system to avoid future leaks.They did a great job, and my family and I appreciate the quality of work they do!

Diamond Plumbing was excellent. They scheduled quickly, arrived timely, gave me a fair price & fixed two leaks in 1.5 hours. I would definitely call them again!
