Best Remodeling in Fort Worth TX

I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

They provided a quick estimate to bury a gas line at our house. Once awarded, they completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. Despite the unexpected amount of rock, they honored their original quote. Payment was quick and easy and not collected until I approved the final work. I highly recommend using Joyner.

Jon was super nice and helpful. He talked me through the entire process and throughly explained everything l. High recommend them they are great.

Cory and his assistant were great. They were on time for both appointments I had - One for Estimate and one for the work. I would not hesitate to bring them out again for any future plumbing needs that arise. I had them replace 14 Emergency water shutoff valves, install new washer water supply valve box, repair a toilet and repair kitchen faucet.

These guys are top notch. The quality and detail they put into their work is everything you want. They replaced a hundred foot of cast iron sewer pipe with pvc and did a fantastic job. Things that stood out…they were fast, clean, they went the extra mile. I will be recommending and using them for all plumbing needs in the future.

Kevin and the other gentleman who came out were personable and helpful. They easily fixed the leak. They also arrived within the designated time range.

This is the second time we have used Lasiter & Lasiter Plumbing. My initial contact was with Gary Lasiter. When you call a plumber you immediately worry with the costs. This was not my concern as we had gas leak and Gary was the ultimate professional, calmly leading us through every step with assuring confidence. Within 12 hours we met Juan who was so methodical, personable and expertly located the leak and it was fixed. They took care of everything for us and I cannot speak more highly of their business and personal approach. Cannot beat this company and will always use them. Oh, and the costs were fair for what was needed.

50% HIGHER THAN THE COMPETITION AND NOT TRUE TO THEIR WORDS! BEWARE!! I would give ZERO STARS if possible! Called this company out for a third quote to install 50ft of gas line and they were 50% higher than their competition at $7,800. Then, John Schrader the owner reached out directly to come confirm everything in person and quoted me $4,000 to my face and apologized for the misquote of $7,800. I FINALLY get them to call me back for install after several contact attempts and they push the $7800 quote on me, ask to call me back after I explained the situation, then someone else calls back saying they can only knock down to $6800 at best. Once again, HIGHER THAN THE COMPETITION AND NOT TRUE TO THEIR WORDS! WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY

I know there is leak in the house and asked their help to detect where is the leak and asking very clearly whether they do image scanning and tell me where is the leak. The representative over the phone told me YES and said service call fee is $59. Later the technician came and listened what I said and repeated that there is a leak asked to pay $600+ for detection. The $59 is for him to come and listen what I said. This is unprofessional, When some one says there is leak, they should tell upfront that $600 will be charged for detection. Waste of $59 as Service call fee. Un Professional and Unethical business.

Very bad experience with this company! They tried to price gouge me for 2 busted water lines in my garage. The first estimate was $1,350 and then Russell came back with a lower estimate of $950. Sorry, John! I sent Russell and his helper packing! My local Irving plumber fixed my busted water lines for $425.00

Took 3 days to call me back. Monday morning they finally called me back and said they would be out that afternoon. 5pm on Monday, I called them because I hadn’t heard from them. They had no idea who I was or what I was calling about. No record of me on file. Very unprofessional.

Donald is very honest - I did not end up needing a plumber for my problem - it was with the tile and shower stall and he helped me determine the problem and figure out what to do about it even though it did not involve a job for him. I will definitely hire him when I need a plumber again. Very courteous and professional.
