Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Something that Chris said to me during the estimate was what stuck with me best and that is why we went with him. Jon and his father have been to my home twice now to fix two different issues with my plumbing during COVID. They come wearing masks and get right to work. They fixed my clogged kitchen sink the first time and my washer cold water valve the second time. They were polite and curteous both times and left the area clean where they worked. In both cases, I was in need of a plumber immediately, and they were able to fit me into their schedules quickly without having to wait days to get my plumbing issues fixed!

Confluent Solutions plumbers are always responsive, on time, and professional. They always provide a good service for a great value. Confluent Solutions is the only plumbing company I will ever call!

I needed a basic cable clean out and they did a great job. It cost $220, better than any rooter service. Once they were finished they stuck around and made sure my appliances drained without backing up, which took quite a while. They did recommend a different service the next time water backs up from my appliances, but never any pressure to do that service.

Great service by Jason & Matthew. They performed a complete inspection, as well as advising of any immediate concerns.
