Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Mr. Pascal Adams was/ is very professional. He explained everything he was doing . . He gave me an estimated and told me if the camera had to be used it would be more. I'm glad he told before and not afterwards. The price just right!

I asked Sanders Plumbing to come out to provide a quote to replace the main line from my house to the water meter as well as a quote to fix a small leak at the meter. I was required to pay a service fee of $89 simply to receive a quote so that I didn't shop around too much. I was NOT told about this in advance and had refused to have a plumber from a different company out to provide a quote because they were charging a $40 service fee. Had I known Sanders would charge a service fee, I would not have requested a quote from them.

Additionally, the plumber who came out wanted to consult with the master plumber before providing a quote on the replacement and left without providing the quote I had requested and paid an $89 service fee for. To date, I have still not received that quote, despite following up about the quote with Sanders.

I spoke with Shelby regarding an appointment confusion with my warranty provider and she became very Belligerent. She also contacted my warranty company and lied telling them I needed sooner service. I confronted her and she told me she was doing me a favor. If Shelby is representation of this company, I don’t recommend this company!!

I had a wonderful experience with this company today. The workers here are so friendly and helpful, specifically Johnathan the manager and Alec. Typically plumbers will refuse to give advice over the phone because they want the $$ for the visit. You guys were so transparent with me about costs. J & A tried to help me every way possible over the phone without sending someone out. I (as a college student) appreciated that so much. They even sent me pictures to help me further understand what I was doing to my drain. (I got a tool stuck while trying to remove clogged hair ) I’m so happy I called them. I will definitely refer everyone I know and make this my go to plumber for the future.

Andress plumbing saved me from disaster ! Another plumber came tore my house apart supposedly locating my leak ... Needless to say I called Andress plumbing around 7pm gave them a rough idea what was going on John showed up the following morning located , fixed and had my water back on before dinner time ! Highly reccomend their service , professional , unbelievably knowledgeable and rates that make sense !!! 10 stars

I needed a fault diagnosis and estimate for a leaking toilet, so I called them. They evaluated the bathroom thoroughly and went above and beyond by inspecting all of the home's plumbing fittings and sharing their visual diagnosis with me. Mark was accommodating and promptly responded to my queries. He was also attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. I'll call them if I ever need a service like this again. I've been using Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing for the last 10-15 years and I'm convinced they are the best. They are always professional, neat, knowledgeable, hard workers and leave everything better than they found it. They have fair prices too. They are all so friendly and nice on top of all that and you just feel better being around them. I know they are a Christian company led by David Lasiter, and know that if it starts at the top, it goes all the way down. Most recently I had a gas leak and James, one of the managers and 3 other guys came to fix it. I was so pleased with the work and with each of them - they are just happy people who work very hard to do a good job. When I have actually plumbing issues, I usually ask for Lewis because he does such an outstanding job and is so professional, neat, and nice. Gary, the dispatcher is like a friend - so nice and does a great job keeping me informed. Love this company and all their people.

I have used Witt Plumbing for a very long time as they are one of the few companies who will work on mobile homes. I have never had a problem until today. I purchased a new dishwasher to replace the one I have had for seventeen years. My neighbor was going to install it but ran into a problem. As I purchased it from Lowes, I know they quoted me $125 to install it. I thought well let me call Witt to see just what they would charge me. I was told $300. I could not believe they would charge me that much to hook up two hoses and push the item into the space. I think that is outrageous! It is almost as much as the dishwasher cost me in the first place. Needless to say, I have made arrangements with Lowes to come out and install it.

We used leak geeks to completely repair our plumbing under the foundation, they were awesome! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any plumbing repairs.
