This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. I called Bravo's plumbing to clear a kitchen sink that wasn't draining. They were able to come the next day and arrived within the time window they gave me with a 10 minute heads up before they arrived. The tech cleared the drain and was gone in less than an hour. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the tech was not informative as to what had caused the drain to clog and actually didn't say much at all while he was here. That said, I will still keep them in mind next time I need a plumber.

Victor and Vincent were super helpful! They helped us figure out issues that were caused from our last flooring upgrade. And they also provided us with an estimate for a future bathroom upgrade we are planning for. Overall they answered any questions i had, and they really knew their stuff. Very kind and personable. I would highly recommend them!

I had multiple leaks under the house, causing flooding in my bedroom, a hot spot under my tile and a hissing sound that was concerning. The Plumber who came out, listened, diagnosed the situation, provided a solution, quoted a fair price, and deliver a timely resolve for this annoying problem. The staff was professional (the Master Plumber, his assistances and office personnel), they consistently arrived on time, clean up behind themselves (note, broken, leaking pipes where underground), and compared to other companies provide a fair price. This was a positive experience, the problem is gone (the solution diagnosed properly on the first visit).
