Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

JR came to my house today to give me a second opinion about having a drain pipe repaired in my foundation slab. JR was thorough in his investigation regarding two drainage pipes. He explained that everything was normal and nothing was needed at this time. JR was friendly and respectful of my home at every moment. He was patient with my questions and answered every one of them. He definitely went the extra mile.I am so glad I got a second opinion. It saved me $5500. The price to get this good news cost me half what it cost me to get false information from another company. Based on my experience today, I will be using Clearwater plumbers in the future.

After receiving an estimate to exchange my water heaters to tankless, I asked to begin the work. 5 weeks later and 4 broken promises of we'll be there they show up at my door with only a 15 minute noticed. 5 hours later the work is done and they charges is for 10 hours and 3600.00. That's a 56% mark up from the original estimate. There's so much more to this story, intercepting orders to my gas meter, trying to charge twice for the same work, etc. This was a nightmare that isn't over. I am still going to contest this charge, legally if I have to.

Had a broken water line from the street. Called one plumber and they quoted me a price of $6000-10,000. Ouch! I hired an unskilled laborer to dig up the pipe and find the leak, then called F&B to repair the pipe. I called them at 8 a.m., and by 10:30 the repair had been done for $175. This is the way plumbing repairs ought to go--fast and affordable.

Andress plumbing saved me from disaster ! Another plumber came tore my house apart supposedly locating my leak ... Needless to say I called Andress plumbing around 7pm gave them a rough idea what was going on John showed up the following morning located , fixed and had my water back on before dinner time ! Highly reccomend their service , professional , unbelievably knowledgeable and rates that make sense !!! 10 stars

I've hired Hawkeye Plumbing twice and both times they were quick to respond and the crews were knowledgeable and professional. Hopefully I don't have a need for emergency plumbing repairs in the future, but if I do, I'll be calling Hawkeye Plumbing.

Michael was friendly and informative on the initial visit. He made the options clear to us and left a written estimate. On the return visit Michael, once again, was professional and clear on the process he was going to do. He communicated well and I felt comfortable with the service provided.
