My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

I called Desmond this morning based on a recommendation. He arrived promptly to unclog 2 toilets. Completed the service quickly and left the area clean. Thank you Desmond for your professionalism. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Needed a no-brainer clog snaked. Guy tried to tell me I didn't have a p-trap (I do) and that he needs to go through the roof (instead of my very accessible cleanouts). Charged me the service fee and said he'd call my warranty company with a diagnosis to see if p-trap install and roof access is covered (it's not). Took an hour and my service fee money without clearing the drain. Never called me back. Had a handyman come out and he was done in 10 mins, explained what Lone Star (Kevin) missed.

Never using them again. I feel like he was trying to take advantage of me like I wouldn't get a second opinion. Took an extra week to finally get the drain cleared since Lone Star never followed up when I called.
