This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.
Will update once repairs are made.

Jon and his father have been to my home twice now to fix two different issues with my plumbing during COVID. They come wearing masks and get right to work. They fixed my clogged kitchen sink the first time and my washer cold water valve the second time. They were polite and curteous both times and left the area clean where they worked. In both cases, I was in need of a plumber immediately, and they were able to fit me into their schedules quickly without having to wait days to get my plumbing issues fixed!

Called these guys out fix a leak in my master bathroom. They were able to come out quickly and diagnose the situation. Not only that, they were also able to catch other issues that I had no clue about, which included a break in my dryer vent. Work was really good, the guys are very friendly and easy to work with. I had a plumbing emergency and I called Peerless plumbing in Fort Worth, they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They said they could come right away. The service guy was really polite and offered us multiple solutions and prices and explained the differences. He did the job in a short amount of time and charged only what he said he would. I would recommend this plumbing company to anyone who needs an emergency plumber or any other plumbing job.

Just had Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing out to determine if my worst case fear of a busted cast iron pipe under our house was indeed true. Lewis came out at the time promised and ran a snake down the pipe and a camera as I had requested. Turns out no breaks and he got our immediate issue of the backed-up pipe fixed. He advised me on ways to be gentle with the pipe going forward and didn't want to rush into any big and expensive undertakings with it. He advised what the next small step we could take if we wanted. He was no pressure, honest and sincere. I really appreciated that. The price was very fair as well. I've paid a lot more for a lot less with other plumbers. I'm super happy! Thanks!

I have used Witt Plumbing for a very long time as they are one of the few companies who will work on mobile homes. I have never had a problem until today. I purchased a new dishwasher to replace the one I have had for seventeen years. My neighbor was going to install it but ran into a problem. As I purchased it from Lowes, I know they quoted me $125 to install it. I thought well let me call Witt to see just what they would charge me. I was told $300. I could not believe they would charge me that much to hook up two hoses and push the item into the space. I think that is outrageous! It is almost as much as the dishwasher cost me in the first place. Needless to say, I have made arrangements with Lowes to come out and install it.
