I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

UPDATE. Tech did NOT want to look at issue and refuse to diagnose. Also management refuse to call back to address this. Finally decide to reply to this review after weeks have passed.

I recently needed to put in a new water heater. They put in the new water heat precisely to code and while they were working on it, they noticed water on the floor that wasn't from the water heater.
They identified it as a slab leak. They fixed the slab leak.
When the inspector came the next day to check their work, I was on the phone. I pointed him to where he could check the water heater and the slab repair. Within a minute he was walking back and gave me a smile and a thumbs up!

I cannot recommend Royal Flush Plumbing enough, and in particular DUSTIN and KRISTI who truly saved the day when I had almost given up hope. I had an occult yet massive leak at my house that several plumbers could not find over the course of 10 months. The last 2 plumbers recommended re-piping the house to bypass the yet-unfound leak. Royal Flush Plumbing initially recommended that as well, but Dustin kept searching for the leak, even on the morning he came to start the re-piping. He studied the layout of the house and the path of the pipes in our pier and beam structure, and he figured out that there was a pipe going under our back deck which must have been connected to a sink several renovations ago (there is no active plumbing there that we can see or that was present when we bought the house). He capped the line, and the leak that was wasting >40,000gal water/mo all of a sudden stopped. I am so grateful to him for his dedication, perseverance and ability to think outside the box so that he prevailed where 9 other skilled plumbing companies had previously failed (and saved me $6000 in the process!). The entire team is to be commended. They are hard working, honest, and truly care about helping you out with your plumbing problems. Kristi, the office manager, ALWAYS returned my phone calls in a timely fashion. They were so busy after last week's storms, but they never forgot about us, and promised us they would find the leak.
