From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

I had a water pipe that burst in my ceiling. I called All Valley Plumbing. This was my first time using them. 1st of all they were friendly & prompt coming to do the job. Very good job. I will use them again & recommend them.

I have called Kathlyn for help with plumbing emergencies on two occasions in the last 3 years. On both occasions she picked up her phone right away and spent several minutes of her time coaching me on how to fix the issues myself! She encouraged me to try fixing things I didn’t think I was cable if fixing, patiently walked me through the process, and didn’t charge a penny. I’ve never had such an overwhelming positive experience with a trade professional. She knows her stuff inside and out, is honest, kind, and efficient. I will always turn to her for any plumbing services my family and I ever need. Our community is lucky to have her!

Had an issue with the drain pipe behind my washing machine overflowing. Woodie Woods came out the next morning and snaked my whole drain line and made it good as new. They were super friendly and informative while they were here. The lowest cost option as well from when I called around. Had Roto Rooter come out and fix a problem prior to this and my bedroom ended up in an inch of water. So I'm a Woodie Woods customer for good!

This company operates on a completely dishonest business model. They are incredibly overpriced, won’t give you any sort of estimate up front, AND will charge you $100 whether you choose to accept their bid or not. Avoid.

Appointment was made by phone, but no technician showed or called, and no answer when I tried calling to inquire about the status of the appointment..
I left a detailed message with the scheduler on the day of our appointment to see if they would let us know when we could expect their arrival, but no call back.
I think we may have been skipped because our repair was unlikely to cost much and their tech worked on more profitable jobs instead.
It all worked out ok, since we called another company and they promptly replaced our faucet for less.
