I've had Service Company come help me with a couple of plumbing problems I've had that I couldn't fix myself with baby's first drain snake from Home Depot. Both times, they not only fixed my problem, they sent a camera down the drain to make sure there were no other issues, and they cleaned up after themselves really well.

We just moved in to our home and had to call John late on a Friday evening and again on Sunday around noon to help us with problems inherited with the house. He is very knowledgeable and his work is very thorough. He explained our options and was patient answering questions. His fees were very reasonable, especially for weekend work. Circle -E is my go to general contractor for all my home needs! The owners and technicians are always so timely, knowledgeable, and respectful. They really take the time to help me understand, so I can make the best decision for my house. I live in a house that was built in the 40s so it can be finicky. Circle-E fixed the old faucets in my guest shower that were original to the house and would not shut off, and most recently they replaced my entire electrical panel and brought me up to the 21st century so I can safely use my power.

I had an emergency shower faucet repair. The facuet would not turn off, water continually running. After receiving a few no availability today from emergency plumbing repair business some even as long as Monday before repairs could be seen. I contacted this service and they were responsive and came the same day. Once they arrived, they began the assessment and provide my quote for the repair.
He was straightforward on the pricing and timeframe to complete. I will consider for future plumbing needs.

The pipe froze on Christmas Eve (of course) and Cameron was here within 20 minutes of my call for help! He very efficiently fixed the problem and got my water back up and running about 40 minutes after he got here! Super nice and efficient. Definitely in my saved in case of need list!! Had a great experience with AirCo. They were easy to work with and clear on what their plan was for a new AC system. I had a couple of follow-up requests for them in order to tune and improve the performance of the system after installation and they were prompt and solved all the issues.

Kerry Lewis handles the warranty repairs for Navien tankless water heaters in my area. They came out and took care of our issue (that another company couldn't figure out) quickly and professionally. Super nice guy, couldn't be happier. Will definitely use them again in the future.
