I can’t recommend Service Company Plumbing enough! We had them out this week as Part 2 of a major home repair, and they made the process a breeze from start to finish! Mike (the owner) was super helpful in explaining what repairs needed to be done, and his estimate of the cost was spot-on; Jonathan kept in communication with us and made sure we were being taken care of; and Elijah (who did the actual work) was awesome, worked quickly, efficiently, and kept us appraised of what he was doing the entire time. It’s SO hard to find a reliable and honest plumber, but we will be using Service Company Plumbing for all our future needs. If you value integrity, professionalism, and courtesy, these are the guys to go with!

We came home to a flooded house, then, as Murphy’s Law would have it, our sewer lines backed up a week after our house was being mitigated from the water damage due to the flooding of a broken pipe. We spent $1200 getting the hot water heater up to code using Witt. A service man, Anthony performed the work and ever since there have been several leaks, none of which existed prior to Anthony's visit. He always passes the blame and now, once again, after having a 2nd leak at the thermostat, he blamed someone else for having over tightened it.

When we called him back out the first time, he said he did us a favor by not getting the city out to inspect it as it wold have prolonged the repair by a couple of days. I said, we paid you to fix it, not cut corners. We didn't ask nor give permission to cut corners, I'm sure the city would like to know. That's when he decided to go ahead and fix the leak he caused.

Anthony has been the only to ever service this unit since it was installed 10 years ago and He says that I am just trying to get something for nothing. I said you were paid to bring it to code and leave it working properly and safely as it did before he came out.

Amazing ! He answered immediately and was here in 15 minutes, not to mention at 2 in the morning! A life saver.

We have had these folks come out to our house twice now, both being great experiences. I can’t remember who helped us back in 2018 with reworking our duct system, but they did GREAT work in balancing the air distribution. And as someone who worked in commercial HVAC, I know just enough to be a picky person. Our second experience to repair a bad capacitor on the compressor unit was no different. Andrew Spottswood was professional, thorough, transparent, friendly and super quick with getting us back up and running. Also want to give a shout to the dispatch team members, Nathan and Jennifer for the great communication on when to expect service. I was never in the dark. Keep up the great work guys!
