Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

I had a wonderful experience with this company today. The workers here are so friendly and helpful, specifically Johnathan the manager and Alec. Typically plumbers will refuse to give advice over the phone because they want the $$ for the visit. You guys were so transparent with me about costs. J & A tried to help me every way possible over the phone without sending someone out. I (as a college student) appreciated that so much. They even sent me pictures to help me further understand what I was doing to my drain. (I got a tool stuck while trying to remove clogged hair ) I’m so happy I called them. I will definitely refer everyone I know and make this my go to plumber for the future.

Morgan Leak Detection came to our home and found a leak under our hardwood flooring that another company couldn’t even find. And in less than a day repaired the leak without ripping up the hardwood flooring. What we thought was going to cost us north of $10k ended up costing us a small fraction of that. I would definitely use Cliff again whenever I have a plumbing issue!

I had Confluent run new water lines through my house which was a complex project. The owner is very good at dealing with tricky projects that need smart solutions. I will use again.

I recently bought a house, within 4 days of being there we noticed the toilet was flushing slow or not at all. I bought an auger and snaked the drain only to pull weeds. I wanted to call a local company because i believe in supporting the community. I called woody woods and received great customer service from a gentle men over the phone. I was advised that a gentlemen would be sent out in a few days. When the plumbing technician arrived he removed the toilet and we could see the weeds. The way it looked i believed he would get them out in no time since you could actually see them. This was not the case, he tried 2 different auger machines and nothing he told me it was a tough one. The plumbing tech told me that he was going to have to cut my vent pipe to even get to them because of how the pipe was routed. He cut the vent and still could not get them, he told me that he was probably going to have to bring a partner out with him, but he did not let me forget that he charges 80 dollars and hour for his service. He tried to snake the plumbing line one more time only to have his auger machine break down. He placed a rag in my drain and said he would be back in three days with a partner, but i should no that it will be at least 800 dollars since the weeds were so tough,. He left, the drain that he left open ended up backing up into my hallways and bed rooms. I called rooter rotters that same day, they sent out an actual, PLUMBING PROFESSIONAL', and the line was cleaned of all weeds in 20 minutes. The plumber did not even have to go in my house to do it, he went to the outside drain!!!!! I'm writing this to let anyone who reads it know, woody woods plumbing are crooks. The plumber they sent out smoked cigarettes the entire time, bragged about how much money he made and was very very unprofessional. The customer service over the phone is great but when it comes to actual plumbing work it is not. If i could give no stars i would, but one is the only description they have for bad service. Stay away, give your money to a company that values its customers.

RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!! Do not under any circumstances do business with this rude and unprofessional, no integrity having company, I’m a disabled veteran and I served with pride and honor and I’ve never felt so disrespected. 1st they don’t train their customer service reps, they just put them on the phone without any knowledge of the warranties and how they work. I had a tech come out to fix a issue that I had with plumbing and the guy didn’t ring the doorbell (I watched the whole video) and he just stood on the porch as my dog barked, then I called to speak with the CSM and this lady Samantha C. Was the absolute worst person I’ve ever spoken with, she’s rude and she is a flat out liar. I asked for Samantha’s boss number after dealing with her lying and being condescending and she intentionally gave me the wrong number and told me that her boss was in the field without a company phone so no one can get in contact with him except her. I wish I would’ve known about this incompetence before I bought the house because I wouldn’t have gotten my home based off this experience alone. I’m truly disgusted.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are terribly rude, and very unprofessional.

Natalie was extremely knowledgeable and took her time to explain the issue and answer any questions we had. We have dealt with a couple other area plumbers and she exceeded them all by far. Will be requesting her for all future needs.

My husband and I recently purchased a home and needed an outside faucet leak repaired and our water heater checked. Josh with KMP came out to the house & was very professional! He took care of our needs quickly and even spotted another unseen issue with our water heater. We appreciated his help & will definitely call KMP again, when needed!

Tyler came out today to clear out stoppage that was happening in our showers. Turns out, stoppage was actually outside of the home and could have turned out not so good if we had let it continue. He saved us from multiple other issues that would have arise from the situation. He was professional, gave great details of situation and very friendly to deal with. We are repeat customers and will continue to do business with this company.
