I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. Had a plumbing issue that flooded our downstairs. Called Clearwater Plumbers and Evan was not only able to make it out the day I called, he was there at the very beginning of the time window I was given. He did a thorough job of diagnosing what happened and what his recommendations were. This is the third time we’ve called on Clearwater Plumbers and I would highly recommend them!

Had a sewer line issue. James came out and located issue right away with camera. Ended up having to jackhammer through slab to get to break. Work was very professional and super clean. I would highly recommend James and Master Repair for any work!

Desmond was great I got a crazy water bill and was advised I had a leak. He came out same day and diagnosed and resolved my issue .

I have had to use them in the past for broken water lines in the yard, and to fix a leaking faucet in the shower. All the times the company was on time, gave a quote and stuck to the quote, even if it took longer than expected. The employees were always showing a character of professionalism and kindness towards the customer. I tried to go with someone else once, due to it being Friday and wanting it done quickly. Hawk was booked. The quote I got from another company was way higher, so I decided to wait the weekend out and go with Hawk. I sincerely would recommend this company to anyone.

Jon and his father have been to my home twice now to fix two different issues with my plumbing during COVID. They come wearing masks and get right to work. They fixed my clogged kitchen sink the first time and my washer cold water valve the second time. They were polite and curteous both times and left the area clean where they worked. In both cases, I was in need of a plumber immediately, and they were able to fit me into their schedules quickly without having to wait days to get my plumbing issues fixed!

Today, we had Shawn & Jayden show up to fix our leaky, squeaky toilet. Shawn knew within 60 seconds what was wrong, had the parts and got everything replaced and fixed in less than an hour. They were both very nice, very clean with their work and professional. I highly recommend them and will easily use them for any future issues we may have.

This is a really good company to go with on fixing water heaters. I had 100 gallon one go out at the nursing home I work at. Brian and Nate did a fantastic job replacing are old one, I know it was alot of work thanks guys and Amy that took my call was a real sweetheart I will be calling them again in the future if I need plumbing done.
