From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

Cannot recommend this company enough! Michael came out on a Saturday morning for a last-minute plumbing inspection on a home we’re buying, and was incredibly professional, kind, and patient with all of our questions. After laying drop cloths and explaining what he would be doing, he was quick and efficient and came back with a full report and recommendations. We feel so much better about this home because of Michael’s assessment, and look forward to using them with our plumbing work in the future!

NCT improperly installed a water heater. The next day, my renters/tenants discovered a heavy gas smell in the garage. They got ahold of me, and I had them immediately evacuate the home.
I had to leave work to go to the house and meet the NCT technician. He confirmed the installation was done improperly, and that there was indeed a gas leak.
I spoke with the owner/manager. While I appreciated their quick response to the house to fix the gas leak, it was however their mistake that caused the problem. I'm hoping that I see some type of discount on future work to compensate me for the time and inconvenience that I went through.

Did not show up, call or return calls for scheduled appointment. Find someone reliable!

Cliff and his team have come out multiple times and provided stellar plumbing service. One time after the freeze of 2021, they repaired all of our outdoor spigots. Another time he fixed our foundation leak and repaired it within one day. Thanks so much!!!

The plumber was very polite. They were even able to come earlier, which helped me out. Friendly people - good people. I will use them again. I was expecting a huge bill, but they are reasonable. Highly recommend!

Molberg was able to work me in for same day service to come out and clear a sewer line clog. They were also able to run a camera in the line to find what was causing the clog and offer solutions to prevent recurrence.

Had a slab leak and NHP came to our rescue. Fixed the problem but a few weeks later were told we had to much moisture on the floor. NHP came out dug a hole where the repair was and it was dry. They did it correctly, no leak. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They stand behind their work.

The purpose of this inspection was unpleasant. But when the representative arrived, he was very positive, pleasant and upbeat. He completely turned around my day. I have had inspectors in and contractors in and out for days. This guy wiped his feet. He was very respectful of my home and I could tell my service call mattered to him.
I would recommend this company. My representatives name was Henry. He definitely makes this company worth using.
