Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. I have used Clearwater for one year now. They are courteous and professional. They do not oversell, but they do explain. They are not pushy. We had a problem with a drain overflow today and Chris Potter of Clearwater in Fort Worth/Alliance area was really helpful, and made sure that any other minor problems we were having were addressed. This is a reliable company that charges a fair price. This does not mean cheap, but when you consider done right, the price is reasonable.,

Replaced a 1972 tub faucet with new single handle control. I supplied the parts and Joyner did the installation which required sweating copper fittings in a wall. The plumber (who had 30+ years experience) wet down the area prior to the torch to insure no fire. The price was $30 less than they quoted because it took less time than anticipated. We have been using Fischer and Boone exclusively for almost forty years. They have taken care of our plumbing repairs in five houses as little children grew up to be some of their licensed plumbers. Most recently we had a very difficult stoppage in a sewer line and they worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. Their fees for repeated trips involving several hours work each time were very fair and their work was high quality. We don't shop around when we have any plumbing need.

Sanders Plumbing was called in to re-plumb our house during the Atmos gas outage/ replacement of gas mains. They did excellent work, brought in the right resources to get through the work as quickly as possible, and were very professional. Would highly recommend.
