Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. We recently had a major plumbing problem that required the services of a competent plumbing company.We called Clear Water and they rearranged their scheduling and came out the same day. Jacob discovered the problem and walked us through the repair process. They were totally booked for a few days before they could start the repairs ….but they took the time and effort to engineer a way so we were not totally without water.The repairs were very involved and handled masterfully ….thanks to Shane, Matt, Vinnie and several others ….we were up and running in a few days. We are so grateful to these guys! They were efficient and kept us updated on the repairs.We highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

Called because of hot water issues in home. They quickly came out same day as called.
Mr. Sanders was very pleasant and made a good impression for his company. He seemed knowledgeable but when you are charging 120.00 per hour I expect results and production, not 4 hrs of conversation on my dime.
They were unable to find the issue but spent hours conversing with me. Ultimately they removed a external pump that was on top of water heater and changed out 2 thermostats on water heater unit amounting in a total of 1 hour of work and 60.00 in parts. They charged for all the time of conversation that was spent. We had to leave prior to the thermostats being finished and they left a bill for us that totaled almost 800.00. The most frustrating thing was we still had the same hot water issue that we had called about. We then woke up in the morning to have no hot water at all. I spent a couple of hours trouble shooting the problem to find that when the new thermostats were installed they had tripped a test button on them so there was no power to the water heater. We notified Sanders Plumbing via email of what had happened and offered to pay almost 400.00 for what was done because we agreed to their charge of 120.00 per hour starting when they leave their shop or previous client no matter how far. We paid for 2.5 hours of labor and all the parts that did not even fix our problem. Sanders plumbing has decided that this was not a fair amount for what was done and has returned the check and begun to threaten to file a lien on our property.

I can’t recommend Service Company Plumbing enough! We had them out this week as Part 2 of a major home repair, and they made the process a breeze from start to finish! Mike (the owner) was super helpful in explaining what repairs needed to be done, and his estimate of the cost was spot-on; Jonathan kept in communication with us and made sure we were being taken care of; and Elijah (who did the actual work) was awesome, worked quickly, efficiently, and kept us appraised of what he was doing the entire time. It’s SO hard to find a reliable and honest plumber, but we will be using Service Company Plumbing for all our future needs. If you value integrity, professionalism, and courtesy, these are the guys to go with!
