Best Leak Detection And Repairs in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. My father had a huge leak under the slab in his driveway in Fort Worth Texas. I’m a contractor in Florida so hiring any other contractor to do any work especially out of state is extremely hard for me due to lack of trust. They spoke with me and gave me a better option instead of breaking the slab that other companies were saying was the only option, it ultimately costed much less and they tackled the job with great attitude and did an amazing job. I have used these guys several times for my plumbing issues. I’ve had some repairs that needed to be done plus some other things. They were very straightforward with me. They told me what needed to be done and didn’t try to sell me on things that I didn’t need. They were very prompt, courteous and on time always. I felt they went above and beyond what was required. I especially enjoyed having Nick and Trey coming to my house. Also, Kameron and Jakeob did an excellent job on fixing a major leak and working with the water department. They’re above board, licensed and get permits and city Inspections when needed. I will definitely use these guys again.

Kenneth Sanders was professional & informative about city code & my safety about how old my flue was from the water heater and how it was going to be replaced. I was referred to Service Company by a trustworthy friend and they were able to come out the next day. I them to come out and repair a leaky outdoor spigot. Clint showed up and not only did incredible work, but was so kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumping needs.

Great service. Our technician thoroughly explained why there was two different clean out pipes and which one was what. After a few minutes, he was all done. He even put a rubber cap on the pipe to keep snakes out. Fair price and quick service. Thanks!
