I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Reliable and dependable

We had a urinal overflowing in our restroom and the drain in the floor was plugged. They came out right away and fixed the urinal and unplugged the floor drain. Then they proceeded to clean up some of the standing water. Once they were finished, they gave us information on a restoration company. They really saved the day for us! I contacted these guys after I had previously tried another company and had a TERRIBLE experience. They informed me that they could come out on the same day that I spoke with them . He came out and he quickly had everything back up and running by using the HydroJet. Everything was explained and quality work was performed. The price was more than fair for my area...
