John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. I'm making an assumption here that this location is also supposed to serve the Euless, TX area. I came home from work last night shortly after 8 p.m. to find both my toilets seeming to be clogged as the water would fill to the top of the bowl and then recede but never really flush. I called the emergency number for my area only to have the phone continuously ring for what seemed like 5 straight minutes before somebody from an after hours call center answered. I told them the problem and gave them my phone number to have someone call me back. I've still never received a call. 24/7 emergency service is a joke unless it has a different meaning than it implies. In any case, I've already resolved my problem with no help from Mr. Rooter. If you have an emergency, I wouldn't recommend this company. If I have reviewed the wrong location for my area, my hope is that the proper location will be advised of this review.

I have been using these folks for 3 to 4 years. They are very responsive and when they diagnose the problem, you can count on them to be accurate. They have always met or exceed my expectations.

Timely business, quality work, however hired them 18 months ago to do same the exact job but this time their price jumped 30%. I asked why, worker claimed inflation yet he said his pay hasn’t changed. Disappointed that businesses are taking advantage of their customers, I’d understand if they needed to order parts but this is just price gauging. Plenty of competition will take my business elsewhere.
