I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

This was my first time using ClearWater at the recommendation of my brother-in-law. I got lucky admittedly and they were able to get out here really quickly, my toilet was leaking and the two gentleman that came Chris and Zack were very nice, very professional they came wearing masks I didn't even have to worry about asking about that since I am an older person. They were very careful with everything assessed the situation gave me my estimate I made my choice to replace the toilet since the old one was rotten. They replaced it took away the old toilet everything was so neat and clean, everything was super easy and they were very nice to deal with didn't feel like I was having any games being played at all. I know they'll be the people that I call the next time I have issues. Thank you everyone there.

DO NOT USE This company. You WILL BE taken advantage of and severely over charged. I used this company not only at work once but for my home and was taken advantage of twice.First of all I'm not working much but the day I had to be in the office is the day they were gonna come out and I let it known I wanted to be home so I could see and hear the diagnosis and get an estimate because during this covid-19 situation finances are a huge concern. I told them any time after 1pm was a good time and I would be home.Sure enough no one listened and I get a call while I'm at work that they are on the way so I panic and start calling fiends:family to come over. Very inconvenient. My issues was a clogged toilet and I didn't have a snake at home, also a small leak behind the seal in the back. The guy wasn't there long bases off what my friend told me wh I had called to go to my house, also I WAS NEVER called to hear what was wrong and if I wanted them to replace the cause of the issues instead the work was just done and the gentleman left. No call no nothing no invoice left. So then I get a call today that the work was $425, are you freaking kidding me!? For what...oh to unclog the toilet and replace the. Flange. I know what the part of the pipe does and how much it costs I had it repaired multiple times through out my old house. Clearly they took advantage of me because I have had worse issues and never paid over $275. It's sad that when I talked to the gentleman and the owner about this situation and that I didn't appreciate the fact that no one listened nor kept me in the loop about the issues and what the financial part looked like and just did it and expected me to pay was ridiculous. The worker said oh well once we get in there we just do it and the customers pay.um no sir that's not the way things work and that is a sorry excuse. I called the owner then and what a disappointment that was, he was NOTany better and his lack of professionalism about the entire situation was absurd. The policy according to him is what the previous worker said they Just get in there and do the work and expect the bill paid without communicating financial aspects of things. I never received any voice or written receipt of what they did nor did I sign anything. They are out of their minds if they think they will continue to get away with this kind of service and treatment to their customers. Save your money people DO NOT CALL JOYNER you're better off calling roto rooter or some other plumbing service!

Had a tankless water heater issue, so I called Sanders Plumbing (never used the before) and the plumber was out within an hour. Very professional and knowledgeable, I will call them, back for sure next time! Thanks again Sanders!

We were caught with short notice on a faulty water heater . We had several items that were out of the garage but could not stay out over night . We called several companies. Some said 2 weeks others a week and so on . I was turned on to the number of Hawkeye . We talked to the receptionist/service writer . Just when I felt I was going to have a long afternoon besides how bad my day had already been , one of the plumbers called me and was able to meet at our home in a short time . He had good experience in addition to another experienced plumber to team up on this no notice project . They even went and picked up the new water heater , had it installed quickly and a professional job ,they also treated me fair on price . Im certain you can't always get someone that quick but these guys really got me out of a pinch . They done all work and before dark I was able to get garage reloaded and completely back together . I can't say enough good about this company , and honestly the only way I will ever call anyone else to help me on plumbing in the future is if Hawkeye can't be available . I have used Master repair plumbing now for four separate jobs after using either Levy and Sons or Ben Franklin for years. I am in north Dallas so don't hesitate to contact them because you think their location in Ft Worth is too far away. They come willing and on time and provide friendly professional service at prices significantly less than that provided by the big outfits with big advertising budgets. They installed a water heater with auto drain and leak sensor for less than others would even change out with a consumer grade heater and much less than the big plumbing houses for the same quality and work. They also replumbed my house through the attic after I got my second slab leak in a couple of months. This cost less than fixing the first slab leak with another plumbing house. Remarkable. Michael just removed a gas line for me going to a spa heater no longer in use. Super quick and easy and less than another bid had for just digging a hole around the pipe to be cut off. They are the epitome of old fashion quality and value. I won't use anyone else.
