Best Heater Problems in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. After 8 quotes to replace the main sewer line in my home, I was convinced to call Roto Rooter. I am so glad that I did! Steve came out and gave me a quote which was HALF of what a few of the other companies charged! He performed the service within 2 days and left my yard clean. Steve (and Melissa) answered all my questions and contacted me every step of the project. Here's the kicker -- Steve found a hole in my kitchen pipe while under the house and replaced it. Had a broken water line from the street. Called one plumber and they quoted me a price of $6000-10,000. Ouch! I hired an unskilled laborer to dig up the pipe and find the leak, then called F&B to repair the pipe. I called them at 8 a.m., and by 10:30 the repair had been done for $175. This is the way plumbing repairs ought to go--fast and affordable.

I highly recommend Master Repair Plumbing. I had some tree roots get into my plumbing that was preventing water to drain from my house. Michael showed up and cleaned out the lines in just a matter of minutes. He also talked about preventive maintenance that could avoid this going forward. He is ver professional and did not upsale. He simply identified the issue and what needed to be done and got it taken care of.
I will call them again for future repair and drainage needs!

We have used Royal Flush for all plumbing needs for over ten years & recommend them to everyone. They do excellent work, are reasonably priced & a pleasure to deal with. No job too small like leaky outdoor faucets nor too big - they've replumbed two houses for us, one all the way to the meter. (We live in an old house - built in 1906 & have rental Property - we frequently need a plumber.)

These guys will OVERCHARGE YOU! They gave me an estimate of $1200 for the SAME JOB that a different company gave for $350! I obviously had the other company fix the problem and they did an excellent job. Avoid McCalman if you like saving your hard earned money!

After experiencing a major plumbing disaster at our house, we called Peerless Plumbing Company Fort Worth. They sent a technician out quickly and he was able to assess and repair the problem with little disruption. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable, and he kept us informed throughout the process. The repair was completed quickly and the final cost was fair. Highly recommend this plumbing company!

Lonnie Bravo does substandard work. He dry fitted pipes together and went to lunch. Upon return he never glued them. He put pipes and drains on wrong walls, drains facing the wrong direction, toilet flanges too close to the wall (non ADA), wrong size pipe, etc. He decided on his own to change a floorplan to make it easier for him to do plumbing. All this had to be ripped out and redone. He was paid a fee to start and we received no value.

In addition, he filed a lien for the entire amount. Despite doing bad work he never supplied fixtures or finished but filed a lien stating he did. This was all for CHURCH!

His lawyer, Stanley Cramb, filed a lien without properly notifying the client then becamne unreachable to help remove the fraudulent lien.

Avoid this guy at all costs or else it will cost you a lot of grief!

We, like many others, had issues after the February snow/ice storm. Part of our tankless water heater bust on a Weds and we had to shut off our water at the main. Called this company and were instructed they would call us on Fri to schedule. Which they did, and were prompt with that. They came out on Sat after we had been without water for 3 days, this now being day 4 (with 2 small children and a dog). Chase was our tech and he basically told us our tankless was old and didn’t know anything about the brand. He was going to leave and quote us later on a new tankless, IF they couldn’t find the part for our current one. I asked him if there was some way to shut off the tankless and turn the water on to our house so we could please have some running water (we also have a 50gal tank on the opposite side of our house so we could have a warm shower/bath in that bathroom at least). He then said “oh, yes, I could do that”. He then looped our cold water line into our hot on the tankless so we just had no hot water for the time being. He instructs me to call by Mon afternoon if I haven’t heard from them. I call on Tues and the lady says she was unable to locate the part we needed after calling 4 different suppliers and would send us a quote for 2 different tankless heaters instead. My husband had already found the part online already and I told her this. She tells me they won’t install aftermarket parts. I said ok, then please send me the quotes in the event we cannot fix this on our own. I never received a quote from them. We call a different plumber to come out to help us re-hook up our water after my husband installed the part, only to find that Chase had left that previous Sat with our hose that had a special fitting to our tankless. I call Oasis again, the lady puts me on hold while she contacts Chase. She gets back on and tells me he discarded our part that he took from our house with an “I apologize about that”...no offer to cover the cost of another part we now had to purchase and wait on because their tech left with our property. Not sure if that was a ploy from their tech to make us purchase a new tankless from them and spend more money or not, but I can tell you I would not recommend this company. I know all plumbers across the south were extremely busy from that storm, but to dismiss a customer just because they wanted to fix what was wrong instead of drop a couple grand on something that didn’t need to be done, that is bad business in my opinion.
