This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I'm making an assumption here that this location is also supposed to serve the Euless, TX area. I came home from work last night shortly after 8 p.m. to find both my toilets seeming to be clogged as the water would fill to the top of the bowl and then recede but never really flush. I called the emergency number for my area only to have the phone continuously ring for what seemed like 5 straight minutes before somebody from an after hours call center answered. I told them the problem and gave them my phone number to have someone call me back. I've still never received a call. 24/7 emergency service is a joke unless it has a different meaning than it implies. In any case, I've already resolved my problem with no help from Mr. Rooter. If you have an emergency, I wouldn't recommend this company. If I have reviewed the wrong location for my area, my hope is that the proper location will be advised of this review.

The plumber was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. But the price that was charged for installing a new garbage disposal was outrageous. After some research I found that they charged me over twice as much as I could have had it done with someone else

Needless to say I called Andress plumbing around 7pm gave them a rough idea what was going on John showed up the following morning located , fixed and had my water back on before dinner time ! I am currently experiencing a nightmare at my new home that passed inspection. My sewage line needed to be replaced as did all of the gas lines in my home due to multiple gas leaks. NCT plumbing has been the only individuals who I believe have gone out of their way to help me. They worked with my schedule and to ensure that I was comfortable they made sure to have Paul (plumber) out with contractors, the city inspector etc. Paul was very professional and nice. I trusted them to work on my home in my absence. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a plumber. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

TERRIBLE Experience. I found Berkeys on Google and made an appointment only to have them not show up. I waited over an hr after they called to say they would be there in less than 30 minutes but no one showed up. I own over 40 rental homes and I will only use TRUSTED local people from now on. This is obviously a very large corporate business that is more concerned with volume than quantity service. Use someone else.

I had an emergency shower faucet repair. The facuet would not turn off, water continually running. After receiving a few no availability today from emergency plumbing repair business some even as long as Monday before repairs could be seen. I contacted this service and they were responsive and came the same day. Once they arrived, they began the assessment and provide my quote for the repair.
He was straightforward on the pricing and timeframe to complete. I will consider for future plumbing needs.

When our AC started blowing hot air, we called the Wilsons. They were here in about 2 hours and ready to work. Diagnosed the issue, explained out to us so we could understand, and set off on repairing it. Cost was extremely reasonable. Itemized for us to understand where our money was going, not just a lump dollar amount. Repairs were completed and we were back in business the same day. Thanks to the Wilsons.

The plumber was very polite. They were even able to come earlier, which helped me out. Friendly people - good people. I will use them again. I was expecting a huge bill, but they are reasonable. Highly recommend!
