Best Gas Lines Repairs in Fort Worth TX

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

I really appreciate the work that Tyler the service technician took care of to clear my drain pipes. We could not find the outside drain cleanout, which he found out later was buried underneath the AC unit before I bought the home. When Tyler arrived for the service call my toilet and bathtub were not draining. Tyler climbed up on top of the roof and ran the equipment through a pipe on my roof near my bathroom area. It did not take too long before everything started draining again. I felt Tyler was very honest, trust worthy and professional.

I've had Service Company come help me with a couple of plumbing problems I've had that I couldn't fix myself with baby's first drain snake from Home Depot. Both times, they not only fixed my problem, they sent a camera down the drain to make sure there were no other issues, and they cleaned up after themselves really well.

These guys are top notch. The quality and detail they put into their work is everything you want. They replaced a hundred foot of cast iron sewer pipe with pvc and did a fantastic job. Things that stood out…they were fast, clean, they went the extra mile. I will be recommending and using them for all plumbing needs in the future.

Always quick to respond to our needs at the Northwest YMCA. They also donate to our scholarship fund so that other kids in our community have the chance to participate in our sports program that might otherwise may not have the chance. These guys will OVERCHARGE YOU! They gave me an estimate of $1200 for the SAME JOB that a different company gave for $350! I obviously had the other company fix the problem and they did an excellent job. Avoid McCalman if you like saving your hard earned money!

Used a couple of times for a hot water heater replacement, hookup gas grill and installed new shower head. Everything went well and I thought was a good price.

Hunter and Skylar installed a new shower valve and trim for us and did an exceptional job of explaining the process. We came back to ABC because of previous experiences that were so positive. Great service and a good price!

We spent $1200 getting the hot water heater up to code using Witt. A service man, Anthony performed the work and ever since there have been several leaks, none of which existed prior to Anthony's visit. He always passes the blame and now, once again, after having a 2nd leak at the thermostat, he blamed someone else for having over tightened it.

When we called him back out the first time, he said he did us a favor by not getting the city out to inspect it as it wold have prolonged the repair by a couple of days. I said, we paid you to fix it, not cut corners. We didn't ask nor give permission to cut corners, I'm sure the city would like to know. That's when he decided to go ahead and fix the leak he caused.

Anthony has been the only to ever service this unit since it was installed 10 years ago and He says that I am just trying to get something for nothing. I said you were paid to bring it to code and leave it working properly and safely as it did before he came out.

Hatcher plumbing isn't the cheapest but they are extraordinarily responsive and they do good work. I've used the company for years and would recommend them.
