Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

I called to preemptively replace a hot water heater that was getting close to its last days. I was able to schedule a non-emergency appointment in less than a week. The tech, Potter was exceptional. He was fast, helped me understand what was involved with the installation and gave me options! After a few hours the water hadn’t gotten hot again. I called the office and Potter was back out to check on the heater yet that evening (5pm on a Friday!). He was able to determine that the internal thermostat wasn’t working and quickly replaced it. I was so thankful he was able to come back same day. Very please with the service all around.

I called multiple times over a course of 2 weeks to get a tech out for a commercial business backflow issue. The first time I called, the associate stated we would get a call back that day for scheduling. I called the next day and the associate again stated we would get a call back. A few days later I called and the associate said the ticket had been deleted and she created a new one. I called the next day, since no one bothered to call me, and they said a tech would be out that very day between 1 and 4. No one ever showed up. I called back the very next morning was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. I called right back and spoke to gentleman who was extremely rude and said he shows no record of any ticket being made under the phone number I gave him. We only have 1 phone number. When I tried to explain to him the timeline and who I spoke to, he kept interrupting me with loud tones and would not let me speak. He became so rude I just ended up hanging up. I will never try to use this company again.

Outside spigot was broke and leaking if used from a small crack. They came out next day and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes and since the problem was easier than expected they took $50 off of the original quote!

We spent $1200 getting the hot water heater up to code using Witt. A service man, Anthony performed the work and ever since there have been several leaks, none of which existed prior to Anthony's visit. He always passes the blame and now, once again, after having a 2nd leak at the thermostat, he blamed someone else for having over tightened it.

When we called him back out the first time, he said he did us a favor by not getting the city out to inspect it as it wold have prolonged the repair by a couple of days. I said, we paid you to fix it, not cut corners. We didn't ask nor give permission to cut corners, I'm sure the city would like to know. That's when he decided to go ahead and fix the leak he caused.

Anthony has been the only to ever service this unit since it was installed 10 years ago and He says that I am just trying to get something for nothing. I said you were paid to bring it to code and leave it working properly and safely as it did before he came out.
