Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

We had our sink back up when using the dishwasher and garbage disposal. It was Friday after and I had called a bunch of other plumbers who didn't have time to come out until the next week. Roto Rooter said they could have someone come by in 1-2 hours. Had a call before they came almost 2 hours to the time they said. They pulled apart the pipes under my sink to try to clear the clog but were unable to reach the clog. As one plumber was putting together the pipes under my sink again the other was up on the roof going through the roof vent. The price was still the same quoted even after all the work needed. Definitely going with roto rooter for future work.

During snow our hot water heater decided to go out. I called and scheduled a day to come out. They sent an email confirmation of the appointment, call before they came and were ON TIME! I didn’t have to sit around waiting all day. The guys that came out explained what they were doing and got me all hooked up. Terrific job and very satisfied!PS. This is not the first time I’ve used Larry’s Plumbing. Each time we have been satisfied and will continue to do business with them.

Water heater needed to be replaced. I don't normally like to deal with larger companies that advertise because usually over priced (gotta pay for that advertising right?) and suspect quality of work because they concern themselves with volume more than quality more often than not. But when I was looking for a company they were the first to respond, the tech called, then the supervisor called with good detail and what turned out to be an accurate quote in line with what I would expect. They seemed to understand my desire for quality so I took the chance. Michael was on time, clearly communicated what was needed, no surprises, excellent quality work. Attention to detail was obvious. I would definitely recommend based on my experience and have already referred my brother to them who needs the same work done.

Heard of Kathryn and HEB Plumbing & Sprinkler from some other Hometown residents. Called Kathryn to repair a broken sprinkler head and make sure the rest of sprinkler system was operating efficiently. Very professional and thorough. She performed other modifications to improve sprinkler coverage in areas I was unaware of. Before leaving did a complete yard walk with sprinklers on making sure I was satisfied and nothing was missed. Very happy with the service and will use her again for any sprinkler or plumbing need.

A couple of years ago, this company responded to our call about what obviously was an under-slab hot water leak. They arrived as scheduled and quickly confirmed the leak, identified its location, and proposed a minimally invasive repair. Their work was quick and effectively 'bypassed' the leak. The repair remains fully functional; now we don't even give the old 'leak' a thought. Good job!

The people at this Plumbing place are unbelievably realistic. They understand that people are people and accidents happen and want to help their. the owners are the nicest people I've come across in a while. We had a pipe burst in front of our house one night and in trying to get it all worked out with insurance and everything we ended up without water for 4 days. Trusted plumbing came and literally saved the day like superheroes. They were able to find the true source of the problem and have a whole team out to fix it within a matter of hours.
