Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Dave did a great and thorough job of explaining some potential plumbing issues I could have with the current status of some of my appliances in my home. He showed pictures of where possible corrosion could be and gave great advice on when I should think about repairing some of the issues in my home. He did a great job!

He ordered the needed part and then set us up with window units to see us through until the new part arrives. He even needed to retrieve the window units from another location. With so many positive reviews, I was hoping for a great experience. Unfortunately, I was ultimately unsatisfied with Team Enoch. It really seems to come down to a severe lack of communication in their company. I worked with their salesman, who was very helpful in answering questions and providing a quote for replacing my HVAC system. However, he failed to communicate any of the requested upgrades to the office, and as a result they were not installed initially. They subsequently came back out and were able to complete some of the upgrades, but not all. Even on their follow-up work, the technicians would have made incorrect installs had I not been checking on them. For such expensive work, you really expect them to communicate well both internally as well as to the customer, to ensure the job is done right.
