Best Faucet Repair in Fort Worth TX

Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I had Terry Working on the job within an hour I think, job well done everyone

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

These guys are awesome. I was left without water due to a burst pipe and they quickly replaced it with better materials. They were able to squeezed me in, so I didn't have to go to a hotel or cancel Christmas. I'm very grateful for their service.

Great company. I had a water heater that needed to be replace quickly. JR and Edward showed up at 8:30am, walked me through what needed to be done & why, and took care of it within a couple of hours. They explained everything clearly and the price was upfront and reasonable. No surprises. I joined their Otter Club membership the last time they were here and it saved me a bunch of money today. I've used them twice now for some major plumbing issues and I couldn't be happier with the service.

Have used roto rooter in the past with some satisfaction as far as quality of work. However used them again to come clear a clog and it was a complete cluster of a mess. The tech ran his snake the wrong way and came thorugh the toliet, completely destroying it and making a huge mess at the same time. The tech spent 7 hours at my house trying to unclog a leak and resetting a toliet that he had to pay for. They then tried to charge me for extra time for a total of $500 +? I objected and he said oh ok I'll just charge you the original quote of $265 (included a $75 weekend service charge.) Turned of there was a clog in the city sewer after all. Two days later the line clogged again. Called the city first and they found everything to be clear. It then took another day for roto rooter to come back out and check things again. The second time they ran a camera in there and found a small piece of plastic or something in the line causing the stoppage. The manager was rude when talking to me about the situation and cut me off as I was trying to explain something to him. I have decided to not use them in the future due to lack of professionalism and efficiency.

Great Experienced Company

Replaced a 1972 tub faucet with new single handle control. I supplied the parts and Joyner did the installation which required sweating copper fittings in a wall. The plumber (who had 30+ years experience) wet down the area prior to the torch to insure no fire. The price was $30 less than they quoted because it took less time than anticipated. If I could give 10 stars I would :) Cannot say enough good things about Sanders Plumbing! Jon & Chris came out on Thurs/Fri to assess what was going on at my house & fix the problem. They were very professional & so nice! Informed me about everything going on & answered any questions I had. I learned so much from just sitting outside while they were working! At the end of the job I needed to get in touch with the City of Fort Worth for a little additional work on their end. Jon called the city as a heads up to them to kind of explained the process so far which helped when I called them. Kept the area cleaned while they were here & left it cleaned once they left. Cannot say enough good things - I will continue using them for all plumbing needs going forward!

Provided one price over the phone and another upon exit. The guys that were here stayed here for 3-4 hours only to replace a wax ring on one toilet and they charged me excessively over $400.

Would 100% recommend using this company and Alek. We had an improperly installed toilet, he came out and quoted us for the repair. He was able to come by the following week to complete the job. Very professional, respectful and did a fantastic job fixing our issue. He even helped fix a small issue with our sink at no extra cost. Will definitely be using his services again.
