I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. Bravo Plumbing did the annual maintenance on our tankless water heater. They changed the filter and flushed the system. I have used them in the past, and they have always done a great job.

Jeremy was great. He assessed my existing water heater (10+ years old), recommended a replacement solution and had the new equipment installed and running in under three hours. Excellent and friendly service, I would recommend Clearwater to anyone.

During snow our hot water heater decided to go out. I called and scheduled a day to come out. They sent an email confirmation of the appointment, call before they came and were ON TIME!
