Best Emergency Plumbing Service in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The appointment was scheduled for the morning. I had to call twice, and the second time they assigned a new plumber to install my new toilet. The new plumber did not arrive until 3pm.

Upon learning we had leaks under the house, we called several plumbing companies and got quotes to have the problem fixed. We hired Clearwater, not bc they're the cheapest bc they really are not, but bc Eddie seemed to be the best choice. First company to answer their phone on the morning that my water heater decided to die. Very polite and helpful. Came out in 5 hours and had me taken care of in about 90 minutes. They are now my plumber of record!

Last week Sanders performed the annual service on my Navien tankless water heater. They technician was on time and did a great job, for a reasonable price. I asked a few questions during the service and the tech answered them. I will gladly use Sanders again for any plumbing issues I have in my home.
