I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. Scheduler said they would be at my house in the afternoon. When I called at 4 I was still scheduled. At 5:15 they requested that I wait until first thing next morning. Luckily my sewer wasn't completely blocked. Once the serviceman got here he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was finished in 20 minutes, ran a camera, and gave us an estimate for replacing my very old sewer line.

I called multiple times over a course of 2 weeks to get a tech out for a commercial business backflow issue. The first time I called, the associate stated we would get a call back that day for scheduling. I called the next day and the associate again stated we would get a call back. A few days later I called and the associate said the ticket had been deleted and she created a new one. I called the next day, since no one bothered to call me, and they said a tech would be out that very day between 1 and 4. No one ever showed up. I called back the very next morning was put on hold and then the call was disconnected. I called right back and spoke to gentleman who was extremely rude and said he shows no record of any ticket being made under the phone number I gave him. We only have 1 phone number. When I tried to explain to him the timeline and who I spoke to, he kept interrupting me with loud tones and would not let me speak. He became so rude I just ended up hanging up. I will never try to use this company again.

Did not go with this company due to the treatment I received. Walked in to ask a general question to realize they were laughing at my question as I walked back out. I thought I had maybe over analyzed the situation so I decided to call them for an estimate on some busted pipes that occurred by the freeze. The guy who answered the phone gave me the same type of attitude I received when I went in person which validated my opinion of them. He was very rude and had no interest. Stopped me after I said I had some plumbing issues and told me there's nothing they can do and they wouldn't even take an appointment until 2+ weeks. I understand plumbers are very busy with the work going on but the rude attitude was not needed in my opinion.
