This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. ClearWater Plumber Jeremy, arrived earlier than anticipated was very polite and went right to work. After a few minutes he verified the problem and went about ordering a new Electric hot water on demand system, not only did he replace the system but he enhanced it and improved it. I'm not going to tell you it was cheap, but it was a much better system and installed much safer than before. Plus he added a catch all with a drain so it wont leak through the ceiling again. I couldn't have asked for better service.

The scheduler called me when the technician was on his way, as promised. Braden took the time to address the real problem and left our outdoor drain in much better shape than before. He could have just done a quick fix but he took his time and did the job right. He was professional and informative, and was honest about costs for additional work that might be needed in the future. The cost for this service was exactly as promised in the estimate. I'm sorry other reviewers had a bad experience with this company - ours was good and we'd use this company again.

I called this company to fix kitchen sink’s slow draining problem.They tried to fix it and I am told there is broken pipe under ground. I paid $215 for nothing and They asked me $350 camera check and $1900 labor per day. Five days later I have found another company and they fixed it and there was not any broken pipe or any issue.

Men are quick and efficient. They came and did camera work at our home and gave me a detailed report of the findings. Cleaned up after themselves and wore mask for our safety the entire time. Highly recommend!!

I can’t recommend Service Company Plumbing enough! We had them out this week as Part 2 of a major home repair, and they made the process a breeze from start to finish! Mike (the owner) was super helpful in explaining what repairs needed to be done, and his estimate of the cost was spot-on; Jonathan kept in communication with us and made sure we were being taken care of; and Elijah (who did the actual work) was awesome, worked quickly, efficiently, and kept us appraised of what he was doing the entire time. It’s SO hard to find a reliable and honest plumber, but we will be using Service Company Plumbing for all our future needs.
