Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. Assessed a leaky sink, told us we needed a new faucet and then told us what kind of faucet we needed to buy. I purchased a faucet according to the qualifications I'd been given. They returned the next day and installed the new faucet. While paying for their visit we were told that they would have to come back again to install a different faucet because the one he'd just installed didn't meet our sink's qualifications. To reiterate: we were told what to buy, we bought it, it was installed, we were charged for installation and THEN were told that they would need to come back again to install a whole new item because the one he'd just finished installing wasn't correct. We will not be doing business with this company again.

I can't recommend this company enough. I had been to 2 plumbing service companies to get my garbage disposal leak fixed. After the 2nd so called plumber took out a saw because the garbage disposal parts where seized and he warned me that the flange might be ruined for this new new sink in the course of hacking away, I said STOP! I called Sanders Plumbing as one more desperate attempt to find a reliable service. Sanders Plumbing worked out fabulously! They patiently dealt with my suspicions and me handing to them the manufacturer guidelines for getting a new flange applied correctly. [gasp] They took it all in strides and EASILY removed the old disposal, without a saw!! All this for less than the other two quotes. I am sold on their professionalism and expertise. Their business magnet is now on my refrigerator! Klee and David ROCK!!

Noticed our hot water Heater was leaking on Sunday night. I had previously used Ztinaon plumbing so I text Carissa at 11 PM the office manager and Larry wife. Sent over some pictures and she replied immediately. She asked if Larry could stop by in the mor ing on a holiday.
