My AC unit was acting up, couldn’t figure out why. I found this company and called them and they got a tech sent out immediately. Within a few hours my AC was working good as new. Man, I was so grateful! These guys came same day, within a few hours. Very sweet and considerate to call when they arrived, instead of banging on the front door, since they could tell we had kids that might be sleeping (from the stroller outside)! They came in and fixed our problem literally within a matter of minutes, VERY affordably AND took care of another minor issue for us at no charge. I got their card and will call them anytime I need help. Such peace of mind to have good help that's not going to break the bank when an emergency plumbing repair is needed. And, we only had the one bathroom...Thank you!!!

I called on a Sunday because my toilet. I could hear water continuously flowing even after I had turned it off in the back. I called the number that was given from my builder and she called me back and said it may be awhile but he would come out. It wasn’t 20 minutes and he was on his way, I was so incredibly thankful for his efficiency!!!

Dillion arrived and was a wonderful blessing! Three plumbers told us we had a slab leak and quoted a ridiculous price to fix it. Dillion didn’t take their word, instead he diagnosed the problem himself. He dug around and found a small leak in a pipe in the wall. He fixed the
problem for a fraction of the cost. I appreciated the fact that he showed us the leak and walked through the repair with us. He was also extremely kind and understanding. I will recommend them to any one, and I’m telling all of my family and friends to use them. They are awesome!!! They also gave us a 1 year warranty on the repair. Now that is standing behind your work!

A good, trust-worthy plumber is difficult to find. We had a slab leak under our home and we are extremely pleased we selected Express Master Plumbing, a family business.Jayson, with 20 years plumbing experience, serviced our needs. He located the source of the leak and had to jack-hammer thru the foundation to the copper pipe. They repaired the leak with a new, special expandable tubing which would solve any freezing problem. They sealed the hole by filling it with concrete. All of this was done in about 5 hours and in a very professional manner including their clean-up.
We highly recommend EXPRESS MASTER PLUMBING for any of your plumbing needs.
Oh, I almost forgot...E.M.P was our least expensive bid.

We used Mars for our turnover cleaning for off campus student housing. They were very professional and our site coordinator, David, was great. He kept me up to speed throughout the teams progress each days and was on time throughout the process. Krystina in the main office is great too. There was a scheduling mix up and she was able to get someone out the next day. Super helpful.

I do make the rating 4 stars instead of 5 simply due to the fact that during the turn process there were several scheduling issues (one day a crew didn't show up, they informed me after the fact they don't work on sunday, and there were a couple days they didn't complete the list given). The scheduling isn't a huge deal usually, but when we only have 2 weeks to turn 169 units, it gets tight.

Overall I would recommend them. They do quality work and for a competitive price.

Seriously I can't find a reason to give a 4-star rating and I try to never give 5-stars. Mundo and Linda were on time, explained every step, cleaned up after themselves and did you see Linda was one of my plumbers! I value diversity.

The over and above is Mundo identified the root cause of my issue...that wasn't identified by two other professional plumbers!!! Resolve plumbing issue $$; peace of mind priceless.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
