Best Electrical Repairs in Fort Worth TX

My shower drain and toilet drain was stopped up. I called them around 9:30 am, told them it was a non emergency, they said they would send John out soon and he arrived around 10:45 am. He and his helper finished up at 1:pm. It was a hard blockage.

While he was working on the blockage, I told him I was thinking about having a new toilet installed. He said I could save a service call if they did it while they were here this time. I picked one up and got it back to the house just as they finished clearing the blockage. They got that installed, and everything is working fine now.

John and his assistant were both very professional, they followed Covid safety procedures, and the price was very reasonable.

I can’t recommend Service Company Plumbing enough! We had them out this week as Part 2 of a major home repair, and they made the process a breeze from start to finish! Mike (the owner) was super helpful in explaining what repairs needed to be done, and his estimate of the cost was spot-on; Jonathan kept in communication with us and made sure we were being taken care of; and Elijah (who did the actual work) was awesome, worked quickly, efficiently, and kept us appraised of what he was doing the entire time. It’s SO hard to find a reliable and honest plumber, but we will be using Service Company Plumbing for all our future needs. If you value integrity, professionalism, and courtesy, these are the guys to go with!

Jake arrived promptly and was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond diagnosing the problem, explaining, and correcting a previous repair(outside of company) without prompting. Super thankful for his service, would recommend.

Man, I was so grateful! These guys came same day, within a few hours. Very sweet and considerate to call when they arrived, instead of banging on the front door, since they could tell we had kids that might be sleeping (from the stroller outside)! They came in and fixed our problem literally within a matter of minutes, VERY affordably AND took care of another minor issue for us at no charge. I got their card and will call them anytime I need help. Such peace of mind to have good help that's not going to break the bank when an emergency plumbing repair is needed. And, we only had the one bathroom...Thank you!!!

Every technician I dealt with was very helpful and efficient. I was out of town when I discovered the gas leak. Jacob has been so helpful to take the charge on this and get it fixed and get it inspected. He has kept me apprised of every step. Team Enoch was great end to end. I called inquired for AC maintenance on Monday, and the team provided reasonable price quote, they have knowledgeable staff, answered all my questions on the phone, scheduled appointment in an ease.

Technician (Lupe) showed up two days later on time. Lupe was extremely professional, knowledgeable, performed detailed maintenance, and walked through with me on an issue he found in detail. I was not home at the time, we spoke on the phone several times, he sent me over 10 pictures of the before and after the service, even marked the picture to point out what, where the problem is and why it is an issue.

I am really happy with the work performed. Highly recommended. Team Enoch is a solid and can be trusted. I will use them again.

We recently started using Mars Services for monthly pest control since the beginning of the year and it has been great. Joseph explained everything great, he follows up and communicates well. Our tech Casey does our regular service and is also very communicative and knowledgeable about his services.

Very pleasant on the phone scheduling. Kept me up to date on arrival time. Technician was very pleasant. My problem was fixed in less than an hour. $225 for a short time of work seemed a bit high but I was thankful to have my problem resolved.

Great family owed and run. Love the Preds. Does excellent work for a great price.

I needed a couple of ancient faucet cutoff valves replaced. Hildebrant's showed up about an hour after my call to request service, which was waaay faster than I had expected. They had the job done right in under 30 minutes. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I hope I don't have any more plumbing issues, but if I do, Hildebrant's will be my first call.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
