The original plumber we called could not get the problem resolved quickly. We called Right Price and they sent a team to our house within an hour on the weekend. No charge for the service call which was great because it was a weekend. Their team quickly figured out how to fix the problem and we gave them the business right away. The owner, Mick, was very helpful and considerate. He gave us a senior citizen discount and was very honest about the work to be done. The icing on the cake was that it initially looked like we needed a new sub pump and more electrical work. Obviously more costly. Their team was able to recondition the existing pump and lines and no need for all the new items and cost. They could have easily have been the more expensive route, but saved us a ton with the fix.
