John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. I was lucky enough to get Evan Dorsey and James Cook (from Clearwater Plumbers) sent to our place to assess a situation and replace a hot water heater. Without giving too much detail, trust me, just figuring out the issues that were at play was no easy task (long story). But the fact remains, they figured it out and were EXTREMELY knowledgeable, efficient and professional in every detail that might come to mind. First company to answer their phone on the morning that my water heater decided to die. Very polite and helpful. Came out in 5 hours and had me taken care of in about 90 minutes. They are now my plumber of record!
