Service squad communicated very will sending multiple reminders of our appointment and had a very easy process for making and appointment. Nathan and Dylan were very professional and capable, even though I didn’t know anything about the houses plumbing they were able to figure it out quickly and preformed service with a smile.

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

First of all $500 for something that didn’t even take an hour is outrageous. I had a leaking outdoor faucet and I was given an initial quote that I was okay with paying only to find out after the work began that there would be an additional fee. That is very unprofessional because the faucet was already removed. So if I would have said no then I would be stuck with a removed pipe and once the water was turned back on it would spew with no way of stopping it. And on top of that I would be paying $75 for a coming out fee. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Adding additional fees after the work begins leaves the customer stuck and not in a place to say no.

Called Bravo's Plumbing due to a leaking outdoor faucet that was leaking behind the brick. They promptly arrived within 30 minutes of my call. It was not an emergency, they just happened to have someone nearby available. Josh quickly found the leak between the brick and wall and recommended a new hose bib (faucet). Finished the job in less than 45 minutes. He was very professional, wore shoe covers to not track debris into my home, and was very friendly. I would recommend this company to others for prompt service and fair pricing.

These guys have taken very good care of me. I've used for multiple domestic jobs, including some really big remodel work. Professional, reasonably priced, responsive, and accommodating to my specific needs. And have come out later to fix stuff that frankly, I can't really prove was even their fault. Old school take-care-of-the-customer philosophy.I'm sure there are other good plumber companies out there too, but I can't imagine anyone being better. Especially for the price.Brian was my lead plumber, but have worked with the others as well - all with good results.

Nice people. Phone call re what needed done & cost. Seemed a little high - $218.50 for 15 minutes work plus travel.

However, I told gentleman I had had a couple other plumbers out to deal with same issue and one of them had said I might need to ck with city at the curb. After he cleared my clog outside, I called city, they came out, but couldn't do their thing because line was clear and not clogged now. Was upset guy had not mentioned that I call city while he was there and, also, could he have told me city couldn't do anything after line cleared? I don't know, but, disappointed I now have to wait for another future clog to get problem rectified. Will have to call city again then.

Too expensive!!

Used this company for many years. They were always fair, reliable and did good work. Things have changed. Will no longer use them. In 2020 they came by to give an estimate on replacing bathroom sink. Never heard back. Called several times but never heard back. Recently in 2021 again asked for an estimate on a new sink. Set up an appointment but never heard from them. Will not be calling again and for sure will not be recommending them. T Hightower

Called and spoke to Phillip regarding an issue with our tankless hot water heater. Phillip walked me through the issue and thoroughly explained what he thought the problem might be. He was absolutely right and we were able to get our hot water running soon after. I have never used this company before but with the professionalism and expertise provided by Phillip we will absolutely call them for our plumbing needs again. I will recommend them to my friends and family.

Mr. Booker and his team did an amazing job on getting our toilets repaired and replaced, when four other plumbing companies didn't! Great commutation and kept us well informed throughout the entire process. I'd recommend One Way Plumbing Solutions any day if the week and plus this is a Veteran Owned business. This was one of my best plumbing experiences ever. Larry and Carissa came out and had my burst pipe repaired very quickly. Great service, very knowledgeable, and quick service. I will definitely use them again!

They really saved the day for us! I contacted these guys after I had previously tried another company and had a TERRIBLE experience. They informed me that they could come out on the same day that I spoke with them . He came out and he quickly had everything back up and running by using the HydroJet. Everything was explained and quality work was performed. The price was more than fair for my area... I would suggest them to anyone and we will definitely use them again for any of our plumbing needs. These guys are the LOCAL guys that you can trust!
