Best Drain Leak in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Amazing company On both sides!!! The restoration and plumbing company worked very well as a team to help me with my plumbing repairs and secondary damage!!!!

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. I recently purchased a house in the country and wasn't familiar with the well system and water softener on the property. I called several plumbers out . Clearwater was by far the most efficient, knowledgeable and professional group I met with. Shane Dowdy (service tech) took the time to give me a thorough explanation of how the systems function and offered several options to resolve our problem (sulfur odor from hot water heater). Although I declined the service... The company followed up the same day to check on our experience. I offered to pay the company for the service call, to no avail. I can say that Clearwater is a very professional and honest service provider and would be comfortable referring my own family to them in the future. Great work Shane!

Jordan and David are my favorite!!!! Unfortunately we discovered we had a really bad plumbing problem after 5 o'clock today and they came right over and immediately diagnosed the issue and got to work. They fixed the leak, the clog and got us back to working order in no time. I would highly recommend these guys if you're looking for an honest, knowledgable and friendly plumber. They were on time the younger guy was good at what he did however the other guy was just like we can’t do anything unless we get paid I didn’t like his attitude at all he is just like American Home War. They lie ,the people can’t speak English well they don’t understand you so you don’t get what you ask for I will never use them again

Robin was a total professional and took care of my parents' issues ahead of schedule and under the initial estimate. These guys are not out there to make a dollar off you. After the way they took care of my parents, these are going to be our plumbers for life. We highly recommend them.

We had a urinal overflowing in our restroom and the drain in the floor was plugged. They came out right away and fixed the urinal and unplugged the floor drain. Then they proceeded to clean up some of the standing water. Once they were finished, they gave us information on a restoration company. We have used them in the past as well and have always had a good experience. Thank you Charles.
