Service squad communicated very will sending multiple reminders of our appointment and had a very easy process for making and appointment. Nathan and Dylan were very professional and capable, even though I didn’t know anything about the houses plumbing they were able to figure it out quickly and preformed service with a smile.

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to all for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

Repairman was early, very knowledgeable did the repair quickly and correctly. Charges for repairs were surprisingly fair.

Right before a dinner party, I discovered my disposal wasn't working. Within three hours -- that's fast for a Saturday afternoon! -- Evan had come and gone, and my disposal was working again. Interestingly, the disposal hadn't actually been broken. (More on that in a minute.)Evan was very professional. He called when he was on his way, took care not to track in rain and dirt, and said he'd be quick so that I wouldn't be later for my dinner plans. After Evan couldn't get the disposal to work, after he'd hit the reset button, he and I both thought I needed a new disposal. That's not inexpensive. I did the math and told him I'd come out ahead if I paid for an additional service call with my home warranty company and let them fix it.Evan was not deterred from telling me my options with Clearwater. He could have just said, Thank you. That will be $42. But he didn't. Instead, he took the time to explain my options as far as different disposals and their associated costs. In doing so, he looked once again beneath the sink where he discovered that -- lo and behold -- the disposal was unplugged!It was a simple fix (obviously), but Evan's professionalism in explaining my options resulted in his looking one more time beneath the sink, where he discovered what the REAL problem had been. By his doing so, he saved me a $75 additional service-call fee from my home warranty company. Seeing as how both my father and I had been noodling around beneath the sink and had never noticed that the disposal was unplugged, I'm pretty happy that I'm out only $42. It could have been a lot worse and for no real reason at all.

The plumber was on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. But the price that was charged for installing a new garbage disposal was outrageous. After some research I found that they charged me over twice as much as I could have had it done with someone else

Jacob and Paul were absolutely phenomenal. They showed up as scheduled, were prompt and courtesy. I showed them the issue that I was having, and they went right to work. They were in and out within 30 - 45 mins. The issue was resolved and I am happy with the results. Highly recommend.

My gas was turned off when the Atmos had to replace my meter.
And they called Sanders Plumbing to lite my pilot lights.
My hot water heater’s where not up to code so they did the repair and got the job done. David & Darryle and a Apprentice Zee did a great job.

Called and left messages 3 times with the service within 24 hours and no return call. Was a water heater emergency. Nothing. They had done work one week earlier for a different issue so I called them first. Sorry that I did.

I highly recommend Busby Plumbing. I called them for a clogged drain and toilet that was not flushing. They came out within a couple of hours, they were extremely thorough and professional, and very detailed what they were doing. They also provided me with some things I can do to prevent the clog drain, as it was also the main drip line for the AC units. Lastly, the cost was very reasonable and affordable. I will never use another Plumber except Busby Plumbing.

We had an after hours emergency that potentially could have shut our operations down temporarily. I called Hawkeye at 5:40pm and by 6:30pm a technician was on site working to correct our problem. Work was completely timely, thoroughly and priced accordingly.
