Service squad communicated very will sending multiple reminders of our appointment and had a very easy process for making and appointment. Nathan and Dylan were very professional and capable, even though I didn’t know anything about the houses plumbing they were able to figure it out quickly and preformed service with a smile.

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Fort Worth Plumbing Pros , which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling our tech to come out and see what was going on. The plumber was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Fort Worth Plumbing Pros . And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. Nick and Trey were courteous and professional. They took the time to answer questions and even look at some of my issues I had outside of the original issue I called about. They tested everything, after they unclogged my drain and discovered there was a bigger issue which they fixed. I highly recommend calling them for your plumbing needs.

Please add my name to the impressively long list of satisfied Fischer & Boone Plumbing customers. My brief but satisfying business experience with Fischer & Boone Plumbing took place on Thursday, October the 26th.
Things started when I called the F & B office shortly 8 in the morning to make an appointment to have my annoyingly faulty, master bedroom toilet looked at and repaired. A young sounding lady by the name of Stacey (with a delightful phone voice) took my call and arrangements were made to have a plumber dispatched to my residence between the hours of 3 to 5 P.M. on that same day. But Stacey went on to state that there was a possibility that one of their plumbers might be able to get to my home earlier than the 3 to 5 P.M. scheduled window time. As it turned out, she was correct. I received a call from her in the early afternoon informing me that one of her plumbers could get to my place within the hour. Stacey asked me if the moved up in arrival would be okay with me? Of course I told her that it would be. So around 1:30, a Fischer & Boone plumber appeared at my front door. He was a amiable guy named Jim. And with his professional expertise, fixing my toilet was mere child's play for Jim. Inside of 15 minutes, my faulty toilet was good as new!

Although plumber Jim was only at my house for a short period of time, I enjoyed talking to him. He was a down to earth guy in his mid-fifties.
Hopefully, I won't have anymore plumbing problems again anytime soon. But if I do, I know who to call (Fischer & Boone Plumbing).

Did a fantastic job and reasonable

The plumbers office called 30 minutes prior to arrival. Plumber arrived on-time and performed the job right the first time. We where even able to add installation of a new garage dispenser, without a hugh jump in price.

We will certainly be using them from now on and referring them to family and friends.
