Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. I will NEVER Call Another Plumbing Company Again!!! Jack & Jesse Are THE BEST EVER!!!!!!! I Had A Leak Under The Bathroom Floor In A Pier & Beam Foundation Home In The West Meadowbrook Section Of Ft. Worth Built In 1939. The Home Has No Access Under The House From The Outside. Jack & Jesse Had To Tunnel Their Way Under The Foundation To Find 3 Sub Floor Beams. They Dug A Little At A Time Until They Got To The Leak Location. They Replaced A 6' Section Of Rotten Galvanized Pipe. This Was Done On The Cold Water Line. The Hot Water Line Had Been Replaced With Copper In 2001. By 5:15 PM They Had Finished The Repair & Refilled The Hole & Leveled The Surrounding Dirt. I Could Not Be More Pleased!!! Ask For Jack & Jesse And You Will Not Be Sorry!!!!!

These guys will OVERCHARGE YOU! They gave me an estimate of $1200 for the SAME JOB that a different company gave for $350! I obviously had the other company fix the problem and they did an excellent job. Avoid McCalman if you like saving your hard earned money!

I highly recommend ABC plumbing. Called with plumbing problems ,sent someone right away. The two plumbers Eli and Shawn were very professional. Fixed the problem and answered all my questions. Will be using you again.

Our techs Lance and Alfredo were on time, greeted me with a huge smile because they knew i was excited to see them, kept us informed every step of the way, very thorough when explaining warranty and thermostat instructions, professional and clean. I couldn't rave enough about these guys. Air Co was recommended by our friends and Father. Which says a lot about this company. I would recommend them too!

Called Mars Services out to snake a drainage line. We found out it was a bigger problem, broken cast iron pipe. I paid $125 before he left for the snaking services.
They came out the next week to run a camera down to see the issue. Ran the camera from two spots and said we'd need to fully redo all of the drainage plumbing for our house. Said all of it everywhere is bad. Nothing too specific. Never asked for payment that day, said he'd give me a report with pictures and a video, since I was not home and so we could send it to insurance.
Never got the report. I asked once to follow up, still nothing. Still never asked for payment. Finally I moved on to another plumber. We were planning on getting a second opinion anyways.

About 6-7 weeks later I start getting calls from Debby with Mars Services that we owe them $325. I asked them what that was for. She'd call the next time that this was for running the camera. I said that was forever ago and we went with another plumber because y'all never followed up. She said she'd check into it. She called back, this time with a price reduction. $285 now for the camera the ran. I said again, y'all never followed up with me, we went with another plumber and the project is done. I don't know why I have to pay this. She said its for the camera they ran.

$285 was the agreed price before they came to run the camera. They said they'd waive that if we chose them for the project. They never followed up with a report and/or offer to do the project. They just came to me more than a month later for payment - initially for more than the originally agreed price.

Have your stuff together before you repeatedly come to me for payment. To me, you didn't do anything. I wasn't home, you said you'd send a report of your findings and you never did, and you never sent an offer for the actual project.

I ended up paying them the $285 because I don't know if they were about to send it to collections or what. The lady Debby called me like 4-5, never remembering the last time we spoke and seemingly more confused about my story. They must have no way of tracking conversations because she couldn't remember talking to me multiple times, and they never followed up on the plumbing project.

These plumbers are so good it's unreal. I thought my home was doomed! But they came over to Fort Worth, fixed and cleaned up everything, and didn't overcharge me. I was so pleased!

This is the worst company ever. I called was told someone would come out. No one ever called. Then when I called back. Was called a liar and was hung up on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
