My experience with One Way Plumbing Solutions, LLC was positive. I had multiple leaks under the house, causing flooding in my bedroom, a hot spot under my tile and a hissing sound that was concerning. The Plumber who came out, listened, diagnosed the situation, provided a solution, quoted a fair price, and deliver a timely resolve for this annoying problem. The staff was professional (the Master Plumber, his assistances and office personnel), they consistently arrived on time, clean up behind themselves (note, broken, leaking pipes where underground), and compared to other companies provide a fair price. This was a positive experience, the problem is gone (the solution diagnosed properly on the first visit). I highly recommend One Way Plumbing Solutions, LLC to anyone looking to solve plumbing issues!

Called and left messages 3 times with the service within 24 hours and no return call. Was a water heater emergency. Nothing. They had done work one week earlier for a different issue so I called them first. Sorry that I did.

Desmond Koontz was a God send!! During the recent ice and snow storms here in Dallas, I spent 2 days without water because of a cracked pipe in my sprinkler system. He kept his word and came across town to fix it after hours on the second night. He was very professional and worked quickly to resolve my issue! I called Kathlyn Smith at 1:30 PM with a leaking valve in my wall. Within 45 minutes her guys arrived to install a new valve and completed it quickly and were reasonable. I called 15 other plumbers..some didn't bother to call back

Avoid this company at all costs. They are terribly rude, and very unprofessional.

Replaced two exterior spigots

Replaced two washer spigots, had to cut sheetrock and replaced with an access panel (View obscured by washer). He doesn't do sheetrock and I think what he did do was sturdy, looked good, etc.

Replaced toilet. After some ordinary discussion we agreed on a brand and a price range etc and he was able to fit it in his schedule and pick one up right then and there. Hauled off old toilet and left everything in the area clean.

All workmanship was excellent and done in a way that should make future work easier.

After he looked at all the issues, he was open and up front about how he was going to do the work. Explained his plan to cut sheetrock and cover with access panel, etc and what the plumbing parts involved were. He left to his vehicle and returned with an estimate for those tasks, parts and all. He explained also that his prices were on the website and that he will have to change them to keep up with his own costs soon.

You could tell that he has 30 years of experience and really understands everything about the plumbing business.

Honest, transparent, great workmanship, will call again.

The charge is a little high. The guy is polite and nice.

Had what looked to be a major problem and one company quoted me over a thousand dollars. Danny came out and got it repaired for under $300.

I was having difficult car issues at a job site in Downtown Fort Worth, and Kenneth and Rose stopped to help me.
