I’m very happy I contacted Service company plumbing for a second opinion on a plumbing issue that I had. They came in and diagnosed the problem correctly and was able to pin point what was needed to be replaced. Very happy with the work they did and I highly recommend them to everyone.

My experience with Berkey's has been outstanding. Garrick was very professional and friendly. He explained everything to me, even taking a picture of the issue with my hot water heater so that I could see what the problem was.

The service men came on time and were very friendly and professional. The water heater removal and installation of the new one went very smoothly . The cost was actually about a third of what another company quoted to do the same job. I couldn’t recommend them any more highly. Great company and service.

Wilson called me right away after I looked them up on Home Advisers. Came out the next day. Although we were trying to go through Lowes-Lone Star we waited 10 days and could not get the hot water heater installed. They were going to wait till Mon making it 13 day without hot water. We called up Wilson and they came out on Friday and installed it. We should have gone with them in the 1st place and could of had it sooner. The techs-Jonathan and didn't get the other mans name, but both were very polite and professional and now we have hot water.

We had an issue with our toilet and Todd would not leave until it was fixed to HIS satisfaction. He also checked on our water pressure in the shower while he was there. I highly recommend him!

Had what looked to be a major problem and one company quoted me over a thousand dollars. Danny came out and got it repaired for under $300.

Update: The owner called to discuss my reasons for a previously low rating. He agreed to waive the Service Call fee since I am willing to have my AC equipment at my properties serviced by his company. This reflects the willingness to talk with customers about their grievances and the company's integrity and its service commitment.

Previously: Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with this company. After reading the good reviews on Google, I was hoping that this company would be my go-to company; however it didn't turn out that way. My AC wasn't working so I called and they were very reasonable with their service call price and response; however, the technician didn't know how to fix the issue so he said he would send more experience tech out. In the mean time, I found out through my family that the EcoBee has a software glitch that was the cause of my problem. I was able to fix the AC on my own so I called Enoch back the same day to tell them and left a message since no one answered the phone. Ten days later, I received a bill for the service call. I asked them to waive the service call fee since I was the one who fixed the AC and that they never even sent another tech out. Their reply was NO, I may pay the service call fee. I have to pay for the service call even though they didn't even know what the problem was nor knew how to fix it. Let me see, I have 4 properties that they could provide yearly maintenance on (and I told them this) but they chose to charge me $65 and forgo all future work on my 4 properties. A good, trust-worthy plumber is difficult to find. We had a slab leak under our home and we are extremely pleased we selected Express Master Plumbing, a family business.Jayson, with 20 years plumbing experience, serviced our needs. He located the source of the leak and had to jack-hammer thru the foundation to the copper pipe. They repaired the leak with a new, special expandable tubing which would solve any freezing problem. They sealed the hole by filling it with concrete. All of this was done in about 5 hours and in a very professional manner including their clean-up.
We highly recommend EXPRESS MASTER PLUMBING for any of your plumbing needs.
Oh, I almost forgot...E.M.P was our least expensive bid.

I use Mars exclusively for carpet cleans and housekeeping. They do an excellent job on both! If there is ever anything missed, they make it a priority to come back immediately to take care of any issues. Love that I can call Delores directly regarding housekeeping, and the ladies in accounting at the office are super friendly. Great job!

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
